I have had extremely crowded teeth. The people there are so nice. I am about to get my braces off in about 10 days. I have not been in that much pain in these past 2 years. The only time i was in pain was when they would shave in-between my teeth. Once, i did get my teeth shaved in like a triangle shape so my teeth would not close. But, after telling Dr. Khouri he quickly fixed it but did say it was because of the anatomy of my teeth that it didn't close (I would've never closed). Overall great place and I would recommend to everyone.
About Front Desk: She is good with scheduling appointments. But sometimes, she can be a bit annoying.

Nice place, down to earth facility, nothing over-the-top. Fair payment, insurance usually covers everything they do. First 3 broken brackets are free to replace, and after that, $10 for every broken bracet that needs to be replaces. Very friendly and helpful staff.
