I chose Dr. Mason's practice for my oldest daughter's orthodontics because she took the time to explain her recommendations and why they differed from other practices we visited while making the decision and answered all my questions patiently. There was no question who we would go to when it became clear that our second child needed her "magic," too! Dr. Mason's "bedside manner" has reaffirmed that decision with every visit. In fact, she called me in the evening after major events (like putting in the expander and actually getting braces on) to check on her patient and see if I had any questions/concerns. At the same time, she made sure that my daughters understood how to take care of their teeth while their braces were on, and always let us know how things were progressing as well as what to expect in upcoming visits. She reminded them to brush, wear their bands, etc. She was easy to reach after hours the time wires slipped out on a Saturday. Even my daughters' dentist office has raved about how responsive Dr. Mason's office staff are! My daughters absolutely love their new smiles and the confidence they have gained is worth the investment in their orthodontics. I recommend West County Orthodontics with no reservations!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is helpful and friendly! They worked to find appointments that worked with our busy schedule! Appointments ran on time and I could schedule the next visit while my daughter was "in the chair" because Dr. Mason would pop out and let the receptionist know what was needed. Great communication!

I have had 3 children receive orthodontic treatment from Dr. Mason. All 3 had great results and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the office staff and Dr. Mason herself. She doesn't push things to go too fast, but she moves quickly with results. She holds the kids accountable (wear your retainer!) (wear your rubber bands!) which I loved! Extremely pleased with the results of the 3 smiles I get to look at all the time. Love the office staff too! Ease of scheduling appointments and convenience of the office were terrific!

When my boys were ready for braces, I narrowed down options of orthodontists who all had great reputations. We visited each of the doctors, and I encouraged my sons to ask questions. They made the final decision to chose Dr. Mason as their orthodontist, and she was amazing from beginning to end. We are lucky to have her!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff was always wonderful, even when we had to make last minute changes to appointments.

Dr Mason put braces/ retainers on all four of my children & I was so impressed with her work, that I got a new retainer, as well! I have never seen this woman in a bad mood & consequently, my children just adore her! She has always been upfront & honest & does a beautiful job explaining to children what procedures she'll be doing. And even though my children have all been out of braces for years, she continues to check them yearly. Her prices and payment plans are wonderful! Unlike other offices where you pay for sound & movie systems, game stations, toys, & contests, she maintains a clean, up-to-date, well decorated office, that is free of "Whoopla" so that she can keep her costs (& her patient's)down. However, if I had to pay her for the compliments my children get on their smiles, I'd be broke! :-)) I cannot recommend Sharon & her awesome staff enough ...who knew I would be sad when my children got their braces off?

About Front Desk: Dr Mason knows how to hire the best! She is surrounded by such a kind, competent, & caring staff. Being a busy mom of four, I cannot tell you how often I have had to call & ask them to help me juggle our schedule. Truly, not ONCE was I ever met with anything but kindness & help...that is saying a LOT! I have never been made to feel anything but welcomed when we walk into this office & if anyone has ever had a bad day, they must have checked it elsewhere, as I've never seen it!

I found Dr. Mason's office after receiving a consultation from another orthodontist that I was not happy with. Dr. Mason was located near my work location and covered by my insurance, so I met with her and was instantly impressed by her knowledge, methods and personality. Even though I don't live nearby, I started taking my kids there when they started down the road to orthodontia. She assisted my daughter in getting some baby teeth pulled by the dentist, and now that she is older she has braces. Both of my kids adore Dr. Mason and I don't mind the extra drive for her services. I have recommended her to several friends and everyone I have recommended ends up choosing her. She is TOP NOTCH and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. She is down to earth, friendly and takes the time to get to know her patients. I would rate her 10 starts if I could.

About Front Desk: Super friendly, helpful staff. Answers all questions effectively and prompty through phone calls, email communication and in person.
