the dental hygienist do all the work, unless you are an east aurora resident, she hardly gives you any attention. she is unwilling to listen to the patient if they say something is not right, she forces the retainer into your mouth and proudly exclaims "there!" the ladies at the desk are lovely and helpful but I would never recommend her to anyone.

About Front Desk: the front desk staff are wonderful.

Dr buccieri is amazing. We live in Hamburg and she is great every time we see her. Her staff is also amazing. Would not recommend anyone else

The dental hygienist really do the work and they are wonderful! Dr. Buccieri is ok, unless you live in East Aurora she doesn't treat you the same.
