I have two children who are currently being seen by Dr. Cotterell. The biggest complaint that I have is the time the appointments take. I just left her office after a two hour wait. My kids appointments were at 10:00 and 10:15 and we left there at noon. I would recommend that they take a little more consideration in their patients time schedules. This is the fourth time that I have had to take the kids, and all four times it has cost me more time away from my job than it should. It would make sense to me that they would start a patient and get them done than for the Dr. to scoot from one patient to the other leaving them waiting for the next round. Staff are friendly but at a cost to the customer. Smile, say hi, then put the gloves on and get to work.

My daughter got her braces put on in November. Dr. Cotterell has done an amazing job. The staff is very professional and feels like family. My daughter looks forward to going to see everyone and having the work done on her braces. We look forward to having them take care of our other children's braces.

She is the best....she did my braces years ago. I liked her so much I went to work for her! My children will only go to her, I know quite a few orthodontists but I only trust Dr, Cotterell. You get what you pay for!!!
