Negative experience for us. This office has submitted numerous false claims to our insurance company - for dates and times that services were not provided.
Hours are extremely limited, it is impossible to get an appointment outside of work or school hours. Doctor and staff are aloof and patronizing. Services provided are EXPENSIVE (and I say this realizing that all orthodontics are crazy-expensive) and results are poor. There are better orthodontic options available in our area - I would encourage the reader to keep searching for a different orthodontist.
About Front Desk: Gossips (the office is completely open, so anything that's said can be heard by everyone. There is zero privacy here.) Generally aloof and patronizing.

I am currently in treatment with Dr. Spradley and his staff. They are wonderful!!! I have a complicated case that would've required extensive upper and lower jaw surgery. But Dr. Spradley was very proactive and researched a different type of orthodonics, preventing me from any expensive and painful surgery to this point. By this summer, we should know foresure. As far as painless, there is no such thing. This type of treatment will have some discomfort from time to time. Nothing that isn't tolerable. Remember, as my secretary says, it hurts to be cute! Thus far, everything is looks promising. I have about a year left (hopefully) until the braces are removed. At that time, I will report my results....

This orthodontist was the best i have ever used. Dr. Spradley explained in full detail all the steps to a perfect smile. His staff was always nice and helpful.. Thank you for a great smile.

I went to Dr. Spradley from when I was a child through high school. I had a very difficult case that took many years to fix. He and his staff were extremely professional. He had very gentle hands and really cared about how comfortable I was each time. Dr. Spradley and each of the assistants remembered my name and details about me each time that I came. They were able to change the way that they spoke to me thoughout my age change while going there. I had an amazing result. I get complimented on a daily basis on how beautiful my smile is. He has also worked on my brother and several friends with the same beautiful results. He is extremely professional and concerned with a beautiful smile. I highly recommed this outstanding doctor.
