The staff is unprofessional, arrogant, rude...I've never had to call on a medical claim - dental, eye, doctor, specialist - yet I've found myself calling, making trips to the office on multiple occasions. Each time the staff makes mistakes they not only refuse to help but treat you as if the mistake is somehow yours. I asked to speak with someone about the office manager, Dori's attitude and she informed me she was the only one I could speak with. If I could obtain a refund for the services I've prepaid for my daughter I would IMMEDIATELY go elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone. So sad that a good doctor has such poor quality staff.

There is not one person on the staff who has not been 100% cheerful and pleasant every single visit. Dr. Gallagher did my Invisiline and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Gallagher's office. - A. Swanson

Dr. Gallagher was the fourth orthodontist I saw before getting braces for the second time. I am older and I wanted it done right this time. Excellent and professional service!
