I did not like going to Dr. Steinke. Although he was good and somewhat professional in other ways, I felt belittled by him. At the time, I was a very self-conscious teenager - especially when I was wearing braces. I did not feel that Dr. Steinke was sensitive to my insecurities and at times make some rather rude and hurtful remarks. I preferred seeing his partner instead.
