About Front Desk: The lady at the front desk is rude and called me names, when I called the office. I was in tears. She said "people like me should not be in society, when they cant pay their bill", I was asking about a payment plan and offering to pay. She called me immature when I questioned the amount of the bill and why it was so high. She was yelling at me over the phone and I could hear clients in the background. That lady should not work with clients. I looked up my insurance after the call and I owe half of what they billed me for. I dread taking my insurance claim report into the office.

About Front Desk: The receptionist is the rudest person that I have ever encountered in my life. She told me that I was stupid and that I obviously don't know anything and hung up on me. She should not be working in customer service anywhere. It's a shame that Dr. Freeman will be losing patients because of her shameful attitude!
