We recently moved to New York and found out just how good Dr. Ruby and his office are! We are going to the top reccomeded pediatric dentist in the area and they can't compare to the care we received at Dr. Ruby's office. We miss Dr. Ruby and the whole office. They are friendly, and truely interested in our family. The dental care is excellent. And they even run thier appointments on time! Best dentist we have ever been to!

Dr. Ruby has been the best thing that could have happened to our son's teeth. He and his staff are friendly and make the whole experience great. HIs work is of extremely high quality and I can't get over how efficiant they are. Everyone is so friendly. Most impressive is they remember their patients as people. It may sound silly but I was impressed that the hygenist remembered my son's career ambitions and noted a change after not seeing him for 6 months. You have to love a dentist that your child talks about like a friend even after having a tooth pulled.

I was disappointed in my recent appointment for my 4 yr old (who has mild anxiety occasionally at these types of appts). I found the staff to have little expertise in trying to comfort or encourage cooperation. As I work with children professionally, I expected more from staff claiming to specialize in pediatrics. With this age group I believe you need a "bag of tricks" and found that other than the dentist saying, "you can't have a prize unless you do this," and then walking away without a further word to my child or myself his only attempt to examine my child's teeth. I will not be taking back any of my children.

My daughter had dental surgery two years ago and it took me 2 years to convince her to go again. Dr. Ruby scolded me for not getting her in sooner and then was very impatient with her. She was in tears and I was as well, needless to say I now have another obstacle to over come to get my daughter to go to the dentist again. We will not be seeing him again.

Dr. Ruby has been my dentist for over 3 years now, and I love him! His staff are very sweet and take really good care of you. Excellent services!

All 3 of my children LOVE going to Dr. Ruby. For my daughter, after watching her 2 older brothers here for years, she just jumped right up into the chair on her very first visit. Dr. Ruby's staff is wonderful and very caring.

DR Ruby is the best Pediatric dentist i know of, the whole experience is wonderful from the office staff to the quality of care. he truly takes care of his patients! if it was not for him my daughter would live in constitant fear of the dentist. she is now 9 and does wonderful visiting him!
