My name is Diana Sauceda and I have been taking my children to Dr. Flores for many years. Now my children are taking their kids, my grandchildren there too, The dentist saw my grandchild, Jeremiah, yesterday and he had the most exciting experience and also with the staff. All he talked about was the wonderful time he had there during our dinner time. We were almost in tears! I'm sure he will continue going there from now on and with now scaring feeling. Thank you so much Dr. and staff. You were wonderful!!!

You don't have a whole lot of choices when it comes to having dental care under Medicaid. I wasn't working at the time so what choice did I have? Anyway, I HAD been taking my kids to him because it is just down the street. Kids aren't scared of him, but problems with the customer service aspect among other things. Dr. Flores seems to talk down to you when doing an after-treatment consultation, especially if you are indigent. Does not do a very thorough cleaning, especially on toddlers. Just slapped some fluoride on my 2-year-old's teeth and that was it. Told me that was what they always do.
I had had enough when that happened. Sooooo glad I have good insurance for a change. Now I don't mind driving just a few more minutes out of my way to go to a decent dentist for a change!!
(But if you must have Medicaid, I guess it's better than no dental treatment at all!)

I recently visited his office and his front desk staff was not trained to treat little ones, they were not good at all with my baby; Dr. Flores seemed in a hurry ; he answered most of my questions in a hurry , even though there was no other patientwaiting, i had to hear answersto my questions while he had one hand in his doorknob ready to go out . My family dentist did better with my little one than this so called specialized dentist.
I will not go back there ever again i do not recommend it to people with litle ones,

My children love Dr. Flores. I never have a problem getting them to go to the dentist. I like the special way they treat every child even if it's the first office visit.

Dr Flores is great. My daughter sees several specialists on a regular basis and has had a few surgeries. She is very anxious about seeing any doctor but he was very concerned with putting her at ease and helping her feel comfortable. A big plus in my book

When my husband and I first went to Texas we were looking for a Dentist for our children. I was drivivng by and his sign caught my eye. It was a Dentistry for children. I wrote the number down and called to speak with someone to see of there were openings for 4 children and did they take the insurance for military families. They did, I made appointment for all and when you walk in the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, once the kids were called back, the parent waits in the waiting area until the Dr. is done and give you and update. At first I thought why can't I go back there with my children, but they explained to me and the kids were alright. After the first visit I was fine. Once it was time to leave, the atmosphere was still pleasant and I knew that we would be there every 6 months from then on. Now that we have left San Antonio and moved on I am back on the hunt to find a Dentistry that will be as qualified, professional, and friendly as Dr. Flores' Dentistry is! Thank you Dr. Flores....
