Dr. Ching is AMAZING! I am a Captain in the U.S. Army and have been to dental facilities all over the world. This guy and his staff are the best. I have a deep pocket behind my back tooth where my wisdom teeth were removed when I was a child. I have seen Dr. Ching multiple times to clean the area and most recently do a bone graft to fill the pocket area. He is extremely personable with excellent chair side manners. Dr. Ching goes above and beyond to remember things I tell him about my family. He even prayed for me and my family before conducting the most recent surgery, which I found extremely moving. Just when I thought the experience couldn't be topped, he personally called me later in the evening to check and see how I was doing. Would highly recommend to all!

Worst periodontist in the state! Performed procedures on 3 teeth which was supposed to prevent gum loss($1500). Instead it resulted in: #1 tooth broke and had to be capped($1400); #2 developed a cavity and cap has to be removed (1500); #3 has to have an implant ($8000) The procedure was a complete disaster. He did not explain any possible consequences nor did he explain how to care for teeth after procedures. Each time he would tell me that he would explain but during each visit he kept rushing in and out to other rooms. I kept reminding him but he never did. I gave up in disgust. I have been suffering for two years because of procedure by him and my dentist finally sent me to another periodontist who will do the implant and bone graft The "gum" treatment by Dr. Ching was such a disaster that I now have to have a bone graft ($3500). The initial procedure by him was very painful and costly. But the resulting aftermath is even more painful and costly. Very bad chair-side manner (should have been a clue)and staff is very curt. Oddly, during each procedure, his asst. kept praising his work, i.e., "good job", "great work", "looks good". It was very disconcerting as if the asst. had to reassure him about his work. Awful!
