***WARNING*** PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK! I LOST HALF MY JAW BECAUSE OF THIS DENTIST'S NEGLIGENCE AND FAILURES TO DIAGNOSE AN INFECTION, ALONG WITH FAILURE TO REFER ME TO A SPECIALIST. THIS DENTIST HAS BEEN DISCIPLINED BY THE OHIO STATE DENTAL BOARD (www.dental.ohio.gov) FOR THE FOLLOWING: ROOT CANAL SURGERIES WITH INADEQUATE FILLS, COMPOSITE FILLINGS WITH OPEN MARGINS, FAILURE TO DIAGNOSE, FAILURE TO STAGE TREATMENT BASED ON EXISTING CONDITIONS, CROWNS WITH OPEN MARGINS, ALTERING OR ADDING TO DENTAL RECORDS AFTER THE FACT... HE WAS ORDERED TO TAKE COURSES TO AVOID ADDITIONAL LICENSE SUSPENSION. I IMPLORE YOU TO COPY AND PASTE THIS LINK TO YOUR BROWSER AND VIEW THE PUBLIC INFORMATION ON THE DENTAL BOARD'S WEBSITE: https://license.ohio.gov/Lookup/SearchDetail.asp?ContactIdnt=3546383&DivisionIdnt=95&Type=L My new dentist and periodontist confirmed that Dr. Moore seated a crown on my #18 molar that is DEFECTIVE, because it has an open margin which is decaying. I have contacted him asking for a refund, and he has not responded. BUYER BEWARE: Dr. Moore schedules multiple patients at once so you are left sitting in the chair waiting while your novocaine wears off. The quality of treatments and procedures are below accepted standards

I had a very bad experience with a dental crown. I was there what seemed like an eternity and it was a very uncomfortable experience being there. I had so many shots of anesthetic that my mouth was very, very sore from all the shots. I have never had that many during a procedure. With other dentists I had no pain other than being able to tell where the shot was injected. When it starting wearing off, I knew that I was in trouble. I had severe pain from the crown which had me taking Tylenol every four hours including overnight for the pain. It was a holiday weekend and I didn't call until after the holiday but definitely didn't want to go back again. It was the worst dental experience of my life.

My name is Adam. I wanted to share my story of how Dr. Moore and his office turned my smile around. I was a Specialist in the US Army Reserve, and have recently returned from a deployment to Iraq/Kuwait in Operation New Dawn. My smile was in pretty bad shape due to neglect and heavy consumption of sugary energy drinks. I first came to Dr. Moore’s office to get a problem tooth. After taking a look at my mouth and analyzing x-rays, Dr. Moore advised me that there was a great deal of work that needed to be done. I only had a few weeks left on my remaining dental insurance policy. Dr. Moore worked me into an already busy schedule to completely transform my smile. Within a matter of a few weeks with a lot of hard work, Dr. Moore filled over 16 plus cavities, 4 crowns and a root canal. The office staff worked diligently with my insurance to save me quite a lot of money. I have never felt so confined in my smile and I’m truly honored by all of your hard work and skilled dentistry. I would like to thank Dr. Moore and his awesome staff for a great smile. Dr. Moore’s practice is a great dentistry office where the magic of an amazing smile is not an illusion but a reality. Sincerely, Adam

Too expensive and very poor service from front desk staff. Big Rip off for me in last several years. Don't want to pay for the magics anymore. You get the magic and they get the smile with your pay.

I had several fillings done by this dentist, two of which were very large and difficult. His skill and care helped me avoid the root canal at that time. He was open about what he was doing, willing to discuss treatments, open to using natural methods to help healing. Now, 5-6 years later, all the fillings are still holding except for one that has worn out and partially fell out. The care was rather expensive for me since he did not accept any dental insurance back then, but I did not mind much.

Dr. Moore is very friendly and seems to be great with kids. The receptionist is also very kind and helpful. However, he seems to be very rushed with several patients in his office at once. One of my cavity fillings was very painful - I was in his office for so long waiting while he helped other patients that my original dose of Novocane wore off. He had to give me more Novocane and I had to wait longer. Even so, that tooth was sore for 2 weeks. The dental hygienists (there are several) are very nice, but it was obvious that they were instructed to complete the cleaning as quickly as possible. I never had that "dentist clean teeth" feeling after a cleaning.

Dr. Moore is excellent. He is thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, and very friendly. I had two root canals and can say that the greatest pain I had was the boredom of sitting there for a few hours -- the procedure itself was largely without pain and the results were great.

Dr. Moore is one of the kindest fun loving men I have ever known. Truely I hate the dentist. The thought of someone drilling and filling, makes me want to run away. I can tell you with honesty that I still hate the drilling and filling, but I love Dr. Moore with all my heart. He is patient, and kind. He loves to laugh and to make you laugh. I can tell you that the man behind the drill wants only for you to feel safe and secure when you are in the chair. He is not a dentist that sees you as a patient, but a man who sees you as a person with feelings. And as far as the work that he does, the man is an artist! My teeth were in need of restoration. I was born without two of my front teeth, because of this I had a large gap in the front of my mouth, it also caused me a great deal of shame. Dr. Moore saw beyond the teeth, into my heart and promised that he would give me a smile that would match my personality. He did! He bonded my teeth together and you would never know that they are not natural. They look AWESOME! So wether you just need a little of alot, Dr. Timothy Moore will always make you smile! Thank you Dr. Moore you have blessed more than you will ever know. Charlene Pen
