Dr. Masters is a wonderful dentist. She always sees me on time for my appointments. Her office staff is always very friendly & welcoming, not to mention her absolutely beautiful office. It is great & rare to have multiple specialists in a single office; I know I'm getting the best service & highest quality dental care. I would highly recommend Dr. Masters, Dr. Woods, & Dr. Vickers to anyone in the San Antonio area that needs dental specialty care.

About Front Desk: Their front team is the best in the business! They provide you with Nordstrom quality customer service and are very respectful of my time and help accommodate my schedule. Tesa, Eloisa, and Andre are experts in their field and have always been ready to do all they can to meet any need I have had.

About Hygienist: My cleanings are always a great experience. Anna my hygienist, is always prompt bringing me back and gives me a great thorough cleaning.

Dr. Oogle Review Dr. Masters is an amazing dentist. I have been seeing her for the last 10 years and have had multiple surgical extractions, implants, and other periodontal procedures done by her. Every single one has been excellent and I would not let anyone else work on me. She goes out of her way to ensure that you receive the best care possible. All of the staff are fantastic. They are always so friendly and courteous. When I was 14, she exposed my laterals so that my orthodontist could put brackets on them. Before I came in for the procedure, she thoroughly explained what she was going to do and made me feel very comfortable. Having dental surgery at 14 can be scary, but Dr. Masters made me feel confident that the procedure would be a breeze and it was. She even called me that night after I got home to check on me! Now if that's not dedication I don't know what is. After a week or two I had to come in for several post-op appointments and each one was great. I never had to wait to be taken back, and Dr. Masters always saw me no more than 5 minutes after I had been taken back to the exam room. I have been to other dentists and they were never as efficient as Dr. Masters and her staff.

About Front Desk: Their front office staff was quick to accommodate my schedule so I could be seen quickly and start treatment immediately. Tesa and Eloisa are the best appointment and insurance coordinators I've encountered!

About Hygienist: I have had my teeth cleaned by both of the hygienists at Masters Dental Group, Nadine and Anna, and they are both excellent at what they do, and they make getting your teeth cleaned a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

She has the most arrogant personality! She charges alot and just wants to get paid. If you want a pompous dentist, she is the one. I would not recommend her to anybody!

Very professional. Great experience. Friendly staff. Called to check on me after my surgery. Who does that anymoe?
