Three months of agony and the runaround. Does not explain procedures, left out critical details. Is rough and careless. He answered the phone during my procedure and was gone so long that my anesthesia wore off. Then he took two more calls with me bleeding all over myself. Made me wait three months with a poorly made temporary that needed to be fixed twice. couldn't chew for three months!! Is not transparent on costs, my balance due kept changing. Was over $700 more than quoted. His receptionist makes empty promises that she can't back up rather than tell you the truth. She says she will call you back, but doesn't. Dr Cullum is rude. Avoid the pain and agony!

About Front Desk: the receptionist is in ft Collins and never keeps her promise to call you back. doesn't confirm appointments, tells you what she thinks you want to hear versus the truth. I don't know is better than a lie especially when you can't chew until the lab gets your bridge back to them. they gave me several balances due but none were correct and all were really far apart. ($350 - $700).

About Hygienist: There is not a hygienist 99% of the time. He has a PT college student who is nice but will tell you incorrect information (Denver office)

I came to Dr Cullum needing all my teeth pulled and to get dentures. I did not have insurance but the rates I was giving were better than any other quotes I had gotten in town. I received all my treatment at his office and later had mini implants put in my lower jaw to keep the lower denture in place. The help I got with my teeth from him has been life changing. I can smile with confidence and chew foods I haven't been able to eat for years.

Dr Cullum has ben our family dentists for over five years he is always kind and takes his time with his patients. Having him as our dentist has been a huge difference the over booked dental offices we have gone to before. Dr Cullum is a very nice person and I just love te peaches he gives away every year! thanks

Dr Cullum was patient and kind. He explained all of my options and spent like an hour personally answering all my questions. I was very pleased and felt like he really cared about my health. I have been a patient of Dr. Cullums for two years now and I wont ever change dentists again! Thank you for being so great!

Dr. Cullum has been my dentist for eleven years. He has helped me overcome some pretty severe dental issues. He has seen me for emergencies twice, both times on a Sunday. I appreciate how flexible he keeps his hours and his friendly staff. I originally came to Dr. Cullum for tooth pain which turned into a root canal and subsequent implant. His prices are reasonable (much less han other quotes I solicited) and I believe he can keep his prices low because he doesn't have a high priced fancy office that I don't have to pay for! I find Dr. Cullum to be gentle and professional.
