BILLING NIGHTMARE I am extremely upset, no information was checked to be sure they were using the correct billing address, i had zero phone calls regarding my bill and it took me calling to schedule an appointment to find out i was sent to collections. Since the service was done in early April of 2014 and its now 12/31/2015 i can no longer bill insurance and i'm stuck with a 1k bill. I will be letting everyone i come across know while you are a great dentist but you are disorganized and rip offs. This is NOT the way to do business.

Dr Dubois has been my kids' dentist for 9 years. He has fabulous bedside manner, he is quite funny and light hearted. My kids enjoy visiting since he is always very good with them. He speaks directly to the kids and asks them questions about their dental hygiene, which I really like and makes them take ownership of their habits. And they allow me to go back with them. They see all 3 kids back to back, so great scheduling. Super clean office. Very comfortable for all.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff is always nice. Very efficient. Great scheduling.
About Hygienist: Dental hygienists are always nice. Very thorough and speak directly to the kids. Kids always leave feeling like they have brand new teeth.

Took my 3 year old daughter here. Dr Dubois and staff are very patient and understanding. They will take the time to answer your questions and take it slow with a nervous kid.

My three children have been going to Dr. Dubois since they had teeth, with the oldest being 15. They love to go see Dr. Dubois and every experience has been positive - from cleaning, to cavity filling, to crowns. He always critiques positively and never judges them for any brushing problems they may have.
About Hygienist: All hygienists are friendly and happy. Never judgmental!

Dr. DuBois is one of the best childrens dentist in Tucson. My daughter enjoys going to his office and will not see anyone else. Dr. DuBois's staff is very caring and experienced.
