My husband and I have been going to Dr. Halbach for over 10 years and he has always provided the very best dental care. Every procedure we have had (numerous crowns and fillings) have been pain-free and effective. He is honest and never tries to tell us that we need a procedure when we do not. He and his staff are professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him and his office.
About Hygienist: I love the hygenists at Dr. Halbach's office. They are friendly and thorough.

I went to Dr. Halbach, since he was listed on my discount dental plan, and closest to my home. This clinic feels simliar to going into a Fry's Food on the first wed of each month, or an general experience inside a Wal-Mart. High-volume, and quick turn-over. Dr. Halback first noticed I had a small cavity, and advised we should wait until it becomes more of a problem! This was the first stressful warning sign. Dr. Halbach, didnt even offer composite filings, so I felt like I was back in a 1960's clinic... avoid this clinic at all costs, and consider paying more for more professional/ modern care.

Dr. Halbach has done about 12 crowns over the years plus several fillings and regular dental care. His work is excellent and he is willing to discuss all aspects of dental treatment. He and his staff are friendly and competent and have remained with him for many years. I live about 100 miles from Tucson but the trip is worth it for outstanding care. This guy is an excellent clinician. Connie Halbach is the office manager who will work with patients regarding insurance or even payment plans. Cool clinic.
About Hygienist: There are two hygienists, both with Halbach for a long time. Both excellent.

I needed a crown on a molar and it was the most painful and inconvenient experience I have ever had. He automatically assumed I wanted metal instead of porcelain. After he was done with the work I asked about the porcelain to which he replied if I wanted porcelain he would have to redo the work in my mouth to accomodate porcelain. So I waited in the waiting room for half an hour then had to sit back in his chair so he could continue his work. Each time he would jab novacaine only to find out it wasn't taking effect. He stuck me about 3-4 times before taking effect. I do not recommend this doctor. He also does not talk with his patients, either before the work or after. Soon as he is done he leaves and you sit there in his chair wondering what is going on?

Dr Halbach and his staff go out of their way to work with you on payments and appointments. I drive 350 miles one way to go to this dentist; he's THAT GOOD. I have sent many family and friends to him and they all love him too.

Extremely helpful and courteous service. A-1 when it comes to professionalism with a personal touch. I highly recommend Dr. Halbach for any of your dental services.
