This dentist is judgmental, arrogant, no professional ethics, cold, he thinks "he is all that," He came in and did not even say "hello" he did not make me feel welcome as a first-time patient, he was not friendly at all. He did not treat me as a human being. He has no PR. Makes you wonder how he treats his staff.
I would recommend a Management Training Course and Professional Ethics Training Course.
Once I got out of there, I called another dentist right away and cancelled my next appointments, don't want a repeat business with him. I had the feeling he did not want my business, anyway. He just wanted the money. He made me feel so very uncomfortable with him. I wouldn't trust him with my oral hygiene.
I would never ever recommend Mr. Frederick Ochave to any body, I would be embarrassed recommending him. I deal with the public and it will be a "word of mouth" advertisement for him.
I think some patients just leave his practice without evaluating him.

Best Dentist! I was referred to him from a friend and would refer him to anyone. No dental jitters with Dr. Ochave. I actually look forward to going.

I have since found out that Dr. Ochave overcharges for everything. His hygienists are not flexible in the treating of their patients and it is difficult to get an appointment. He put in two crowns for me that are too far apart so food gets packed in between the teeth. I am very disappointed in his services and do NOT in any way recommend him.
About Hygienist: Inflexible - only clean the teeth with the new mechanism that splashes water the entire time and if used incorrectly , goes right to the nerve.

Dr. Ochave was my dentist for 7 years. All I needed were filling with no problem. Today I was scheduled for root canal. I'm not a rich person so I did ask twice how much is gonna cost me and if there can be any complications. I was so disappointed when Dr. Ochave finished his job with words, that he couldn't find the other root canal and I have to go to specialist. He didn't tell me anything before he started my tooth and because I can't afford any other specialist I will have to end up with pulling my tooth. So if you need a filling, yes go to Ochave, if you need anything else, please find somebody who knows what he is doing.

Great service and completely honest dentist unlike others in the area. He will only cap a tooth if it is REALLY necessary. His fillings are great - you can't even tell the tooth is filled. I have large cavities and all the dentists insisted on cappng my teeth - I wish I had found Dr Ochave before as most caps were entirely unnecessary. No pain. I would even fly here from overseas to see him. I definitely recommend him to others and have done so many times.
About Hygienist: Arnet and another girl (sorry can't remember her name) both great. Thorough, gentle cleanings.

Dr Ochave is a wonderful dentist. He is one of the few that talks his patients threw their procedure and makes sure he gives clear instructions while calming the patients to peaceful music. He is one of the best and I am so going to miss him when we move away. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.
About Hygienist: The Hygenist are really friendly as well as professional. They keep me smiling knowing that I am in good hands and my daughter is happy too

My husband and I both see Dr. Ochave and we love how professional the staff is and how caring he is toward his patients. I have always been afraid of the dentist due to some bad experiences as a child but Dr. Ochave changed my feelings about seeing the Dentist. I would highly recommend him to any family looking for a dentist.
