The main issue I have is that my appointments are almost always late... 15 to 30 minutes. I have never made a big deal of it.
Normally, I hate to write any type of negative review; however today's experience was not very pleasant.
The dental assistant seemed irritated and more concerned with "getting to lunch" than actually doing a quick adjustment. Needless to say; we ended up leaving and the adjustment was not done.
While scheduling my appointment I was informed that we were 5 minutes late (it was actually 3 minutes but that is neither here nor there...)....and told something about the Dr.'s scheduling. This was really upsetting considering at least half of the appointments I have had to date, I have been waiting on them. My time is just as valuable.
We left and I asked for the Dr. to call me and he has yet to do so.
I am sure that these are all isolated incidents however I feel important enough to be said.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hansen for over a year, His work is unbelievable my teeth look so good now, I love going to thier office everyone is so pleasant and happy. I can also say his prices are very resonable. :)
