Dr. Tuggle removed all of my upper and lower teeth due to chemo and radiation which made my teeth brittle so he surgically removed all 32 teeth in 45 minutes I had minor pain and bleeding several hours after the procedure but with in 9 hours the bleeding had completely stopped and the pain was actually very minor by the next morning I will most definitely refer my friends and family to him for their dental needs (and I hate dentist's)

This surgeon is a JOKE! He is a jerk, does not care about his patients. He kicked my disabled client out of the office while still sedated after having all upper teeth and 2 lower teeth extracted. He refused to see us 2 days after surgery for an issue that needed attention. My client had to have 2 follow up surgeries to close his gums. Follow-up care was non-existent. Now, it is nearly 3 months later, my client is still having open sores in his mouth on his upper gums and his dentist told us that we should follow up with the original surgeon, and the surgeon's office is refusing to see him!!! HOW RUDE IS THAT? That is NOT good, quality care. We are having to see a different surgeon because this jerk refuses to see him. It has been 3 months, and my client is still in horrible pain.

About Front Desk: Front office staff were rude and uncaring.

Tuggle did a bone graft that was less expensive than other oral surgeons, but is costing more money in down time and paying other professionals to fix what he either did wrong, or what he did not include in his pre- and post-op instructions. In comparing stories with someone else that had a bad experience (worse even than mine), I wish I'd have heard her story before I went to this guy for a bone graft. I've encouraged her to also send in a review, because people need to know that beyond his humor, all he is interested in is herding in new clients. His main goal was not my health or welfare. He was more interested in taking my business from someone else that is a quality dental professional. I wouldn't go back to this guy for a toothbrush, let alone an implant or bone graft. I am so angry with Eric Tuggle I'm considering a formal complaint to the agency that licenses him. All he had to do was what my dentist requested, prior to an implant, and he couldn't even do that right. My implant did not get done today, because what Eric Tuggle screwed up has to first be fixed.

About Front Desk: The most professional part of this entire office.

I went to Dr. Tuggle to have my wisdom teeth removed, that part of the procedure went fine, but upon returning home I found out he had broken an adjacent tooth. when I called to see about getting it fixed he refused that it was his fault and refused to fix my tooth. Now nobody else will fixmy tooth because they don't want to be liable for his mistake. I recommend nobody ever see this dentist because know it is unknown how long if ever I will get my tooth fixed and I am in severe pain.

I had multiple teeth extracted and was nervous going into the appointment but once i went back and met Dr. Tuggle my anxiety went away and i felt a lot more confident and comfortable with my care. I have had A LOT of bad experiences with dentists in the past and he made all of them look like amateurs! My pain was minimal after and he made sure that i had enough pain meds to last me since i live in Las Cruces, NM. My over all opinion on his office and staff is that i know no one and nothing is perfect but this practice is as close to perfect as a dental office can be.

About Front Desk: The office staff was very professional and friendly. They did everything within there power to prepare me for my appointment prior and to help me get things taken care of prior so i had less to worry about on the day of my procedure. The best office staff i have every dealt with in my life! Thank you all for the great and efficient care you gave me!

I am scared to death of the dentist, but he put me totally at ease. I had an extraction, no pain at all, all the staff were very kind and friendly. I would recommend him any day. I live 200 miles away and wouldn't hesitate to go again.
