Referred to Dr. Kharmouche by my regular dentist,to assess gum recession, I have had 4 separate grafts over 18 months. Each procedure, thanks to Dr.K's professional expertise, was successful, with minimal discomfort during and after surgery. No problems during the healing process and I am happy with new gums. Dr. Kharmouche has a friendly , helpful personality which puts his patients at ease. I am pleased to recommend him and all his colleagues at the Gainesville practice.

I had gum surgery done on 6 teeth. I don't remember having it done and it was without gas! The hardest part of the surgery was not being able to eat what I like for a week! Total cost was $6160, BUT my Delta Dental paid a portion and my cost out of pocket was $2700. The nurses there were just fantastic!! They took such good care of me before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Karmouche has to be the best periodontist around. I absolutely hate having work done on my mouth due to a bad experience having my wisdoms pulled and another dentist here in Sterling that I allowed to talk me into getting a beautiful white cap for my teeth in hopes that someday I may get them bleached. That was years ago and I still haven't been able to pay to get them bleached so I have one shiny white tooth, ugh...I cannot express enough how much I highly recommend him and their staff!!

About Front Desk: The Front desk staff were professional but sincere and polite. The billing dept. also took very good care of me in explaining what the cost would be, etc. This is one of those reviews you're going to look at and think she must know someone or work there, but I have only known Dr. Karmouche/ office for 6 months. I truly hope you'll give them a chance!!

Hilarious, friendly and talented guy. Knows how to do your gums well while also making the experience enjoyable and pain free. I just got to meet him this year and I'm a little sad I won't (or at least I hope) have to go back to his location again because I loved the entire staff! They're all hard workers, nice and create a great atmosphere.

Over a period of 5years I have had 4 implants and gum surgery done. I can not praise him enough. Every visit I was treated with respect and with a wonderful chair-side manner. He has always done a great job and I have recommend him to everyone looking for a great dentist

I would strongly recommend DR Kharmouche which I have done many times. His goal is to make sure you are well taken care at every visit. He repaired my gums taking excellent care in providing me with an implant with perfection. The treatment plan put in place went exactly as planned. Very knowledgeable and really puts you at ease from the very first visit. I really appreciated the fact that he was current in his practice as an associate professor at MCV-VCU. He assured me he would take care of my mouth and not to worry. He delivered on his promise. Outstanding work. Thank you so very much.

The thought of gum surgery is never a good thought but my dentist had recommended it for about a year and referred me to Dr. Kharmouche. Dr. Kharmouche put me at ease during our initial consultation regarding the surgery, recovery and success. He thoroughly explained the procedure and ensured me there was nothing to worry about. To ease my stress he asked about playing music during my procedure – I requested reggae and he happily obliged and it was a relaxed, laid back successful surgery! During my check-ups he always asks if I am happy with the results. I find him to be professional, caring and fun! I appreciate the great results he has given me!

My periodontal care started in 1983 in New York with surgery on all four quads. When we moved to Virginia in 1999 it was necessary to continue periodontal care. I have gone through a couple of surgeries with Dr. Kharmouche resulting in successful outcomes. Prior to the surgeries I always was made aware of what to expect. Dr. Kharmouche was very sensitive to keeping any discomfort to a minimum. Follow-up care was excellent. I highly recommend him for your periodontal needs.

I have been under Dr Justin care for over 2 years. First I met Dr Kharmouche in Gainesville office. Very friendly and did first diagnostics and provided clear picture. Then my further diagnostics and treatment started with the Doctor Justin Hardison. Very friendly, very positive, very clear in explaining the treatment and magical in skills. For the last two years, I went through four procedures and never felt any pain or discomfort. Healing after procedures was fast and excellent. So, I call Dr Justin skills are just magical. I feel very lucky to be under the care of Dr Justin Hardison. I would like to give more than five stars. Thank you very much Dr Justin Hardison. Five stars. Ram P Gainesville, VA
