Great family dentist. The staff and hygienists have all been very helpful and personable. I am not a high anxiety person, and neither are they; so we're a good fit ! They do a wait list - and will call if your procedure length opens up at an earlier appointment time than what was first available.

Dr. Casale and his staff are wonderful. His work is excellent and thorough and he is not one to push expensive cosmetic procedures. He has done multiple root canals, fillings and crowns on my poor teeth. He has cared for and cleaned my two children's teeth for 17 years and they have had a total of 2 cavities (in baby teeth). Although the office is not modern, it is clean and well maintained. We live in Walnut Creek and travel to Oakland twice a year for our cleanings without any hesitation. We were lucky to be referred to Dr. Casale over 17 years ago.

Dr. Casale was very knowledgeable and put me at ease quickly enough. I haven't been to a dentist in 20 years so you can imagine that I have reservations about dentists. I am very happy about finding Dr. Casale and look forward to keeping my dental hygiene in order from now on with the comfort of a great dentist.

Dr. Casale is a very personable dentist. His staff are very friendly and helpful (and bi-lingual Spanish/English). The hygenists are very professional and accomodating (I don't like pina colada polish paste and my chart reminds them of that). My children (19 & 16) have come to Dr. Casale's office since they were both 5 years old and are not (too) fearful to come to the dentist because they are so friendly and gentle there.

The hired help is extremely friendly. Service was comforting and took the scare away from dentistry.

I've been seeing Dr. Casale for 12+ years and love him and his staff... they are the best. Very honest, great work and excellent service. Dr. Casale is a great dentist and they are genuinely a wonderful team! Also, the office is easily accessable by BART and AC Transit. Parking on the street is tricky but there is a parking lot nearby.
