I've been seening Dr. Lam for almost 4 years and had lots of dental works done. I have had overall positive experience.
She's pretty patient and thorough at explainng the pros and cons of procedures, and tries to consider in the long run for patients. She's usually gentle and makes you less stressful. The facility is modest and clean, but I really don't care much about a place like a helth spa. The overhead cost will add up on your bill, right?
Customer service is good but not the best. They're good at contacting insurance and seem knowledgable and friendly. Her stuff turnaround is pretty high, and I'm not sure why.
