I have had root canals before at other endodontists- this was MUCH less painful. The dentist was very friendly and quick, but thorough.

I was very nervous about getting a root canal-and I needed three! Dr. Sharples and his staff put me at ease and explained exactly what they were doing inside my mouth. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they completed my root canals. Sadly, I need another root canal, but I would not trust anyone but Dr. Sharples to do the job.

I recently had 5 root canals done by Dr. Sharples. He was very informative and even drew diagrams to show me what the procedure would do. He was very pleasant and very professional. While I did not enjoy having root canals done, they did not cause me nearly as much discomfort as even a filling would. At one point I even asked when he would start numbing me up. He responded that he was halfway finished. I didn't even feel it, and that had always been the most painful part of all of my dental visits.
