Arrogant, rushed, unprofessional, looked me over in a rude way when he bothered to look at me at all. Would not recommend this person

About Front Desk: Front desk fine, check-out desk rushed, rude, impersonal.

My general family dentistry office had recommended I see Dr. Timothy Temple in order to have a Root-Canal. They were very upbeat and told me he’s the best in the area. Temple's reviews in 06 (out of the 3 i could find) suggested he was largely on top of what he did. During the procedure he had left the office on multiple occasions, and seemed very arrogant and uninterested in what he did. He had treated me as if i were an open wallet waiting to be plucked. Bags under his eyes did NOT seem to be doing very well. Temple had 80's music on during the procedure and seemed to take an interest in the generalized pain of finding the nerve- and nothing else... He also had strange television programs playing on the television during the procedure. The atmosphere was very unsettling. After the procedure I now have intense jaw pain and have discussed the need for x rays to no avail with him and his office. I strongly urge you NOT to visit him, not entirely too sure of his other endodontists, UNTIL a medical board practioner review is completed, assuming he does not lose his license.

About Front Desk: Young Woman at the front desk is largely covering for his mistakes, poor customer service skills, doing the bare minimum in order to receive a paycheck,-very hateful towards customers; especially those who've been knowingly wronged by Temple's bizzare practices.
