A sign that greets you in the office says, "Chickens Welcome Here". While I am not afraid of going to the dentist, even if you are someone who experiences anxiety about visitng a dentist, Dr. Greenburg and his entire team will make you feel like you are amongst family. Patient needs ALWAYS come first and Dr. Greenburg is the most gentle dentist I have ever had experience with! I would absolutely recommend his office for any dental need.

About Front Desk: Judy and Sue provide amazing front desk support. Sue is always on top of my insurance (no matter how many times it changes) and has verified coverage on more than one occassion for me. Both Judy & Sue's phone and personal manner are friendly and professional.

About Hygienist: I do enjoy the work of Dr. Greenburg's hygienist, however, call EARLY for your appointment as the hygienist has very limited availability.

Strongly recommend Dr. Greenburg. He has been my dentist for at least 10 years and is excellent in knowledge, treatment, attention to details, and bed side manners. All staff are dedicated, trustworthy and sincerely helpful. I have bi-annual cleanings with thorough dental examinations, annual teeth x-rays, have been fitted with a bridge and a couple of crowns. No dental insurance so cost is out of pocket. I have found that the costs are below what other local dentists charge, or at least comparable.

About Hygienist: As most of the dental staff, my hygienist has been with this dentist for many years. She is very gentle yet thorough where the teeth feel clean afterwards. She also teaches about flossing and proper care of the teeth. The lady is very pleasant and always interested in what's happening with me.

WOW! He is the BEST! Im the worst patient and he was wonderful. I was crying before I even got back and he made sure I was relaxed! My mouth is great, he work with my insurance 5 stars all around. The only down fall is business hours not open on Fridays or weekends!

Did my 4th set of upper and lower plates. I've had lots of time in the dentist's chair. He's the best dentist and fitted me with my best ever appliances ever! Price was right. Staff was cordial. Appointments were kept promptly. And Free parking! He and his staff are 5 star i my opinion.

I have seen Dr. Greenburg since I was a small child. With 1 exception, he is the only dentist I have gone to because I am so anxious about pain in my mouth. When my father's healthplan changed we had to go to another dentist and he was very harsh with me so I told my dad I wouldn't go to the dentist unless it was Dr. Greenburg. In my opinion, he's the absolute best dentist a person could ask for because he's sensative to those who cannot tolerate pain and him and his staff know all of his patients on a personal level. It's so nice to go to a place where they really get to know you and care about you. Whenever I have had a problem with my teeth he has always been there for me, no matter what time or day it was. The other dentist's phone line would tell you to go to the E.R. but Dr. Greenburg drops what he's doing for his patients in an emergency. My family and I have always told him he can never retire because he is absolutely the best!!

About Hygienist: I have not had a visit with the hygienist, but my sister had to have her gums scraped and she said it was not nearly as bad or painful as she thought it would be.

I am 77 years old. I got my first set of partial plates when I was 22. I have had 5 sets, averaging about 11 years. I broke my upper plate in January. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Dr. Greenburg for an estimate of replacement cost. Before I left his office he gave me a full printed report of work to do and a complete estimate. I have more "chair time" with dentists than the average person. I recognized at once not only Dr. Greenburg's friendliness but more, his professional and thorough approach to my dental needs. I accepted his estimate and the work began. No pain ever. Timely with his appointments. And the first and only dentist to take 3 sets of impressions to make sure he got it right! He did. This set of partials is the best set I have ever had. Cost? Half of one of his close neighbor dentists. I recommend you visit Dr. Greenburg. I am confident you too will be satisfied. I really am. Thank you Dr. Greenburg and thanks to your very pleasant and competent staff. Free parking, too.

Warm and caring staff, outstanding work. Dr. Greenburg explains procedures and diagnosis clearly. Workmanship is top notch.

About Hygienist: Outstanding work. I've had receeding gums since I was young and my teeth are quite sensitive. The hygienist works slowly and carefully to take my issues into consideration.

Dr. Greenburg is the best in Jacksonville. I refer him to everyone I know. He is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to and I am a chicken.

Warm and friendly staff, always considerate. Dr. Greenburg goes out of his way to take care of us if there is an emergency - has even met us after hours. Dr. Greenburg explains everything well and gives good instructions about what next steps are that we need to take. Where there are alternatives, he will explain all and give you recommendation. When he feels a specialist would be best for the job, he recommends professionals and offices that are equally as good. The office staff are wonderful, helpful. The dental hygenist is the best - thorough, considerate. We have often recommended him to friends and they are equally pleased.
