Dr. Mehta and her staff is very professional and thorough! They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment. They are very concerned with your comfort and try to deliver painless dentistry always. I went through restorations- crowns, filling, implant crowns, and then treated myself to whitening. They called to check in on me periodically during treatment. I would highly recommend this office and am so happy to have found them!

About Front Desk: Very knowledgable and friendly staff! They give you costs of treatment up front and explain insurance copays thoroughly.

About Hygienist: Terie cleaned my teeth and she was awesome! She seems very caring and passionate to keep her patients healthy.

Dr. Mehta and her assistant talked incessantly while she was drilling out a very large cracked filling from my tooth. It seemed to me that she was not giving her full attention to my procedure which I found distressing and unprofessional.

I love Dr. Mehta and her entire staff. When I first started going to Village Dental, I explained that I have " Dentist phobia" from a terrifying experience with a horrible dentist during childhood. For that reason, I would put off cleanings and treatment. Dr .Mehta and staff treated me so gently and caring that my phobia is starting to subside, not completely gone , but feel relaxed enough that I no longer "delay" my appointments. I also finally worked up the courage to have some restorative work done because for years I have been ashamed to smile, but Dr. Mehta has given me back my smile, and it is better than I had ever imagined! Thank you Dr. Mehta. I HIGHLY recommend Village Dental!

I love going to Dr. Mehta's office! The entire staff is always so warm and friendly. They are great at explaining treatment and why I need it and even show me intraoral pictures that just speak for themselves. They are also great at explaining pricing and insurance so I never have a surprise bill. Dr. Mehta is very gentle during treatment and I hardly ever even feel her injections! I just love this office and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Mehta is wonderful! I travel from Stone Mtn. to see her and have been seeing her for 8 yrs now. When I started, my mouth was very unhealthy and I was embarassed. She held my hand and encouraged me step by step to a healthy smile. Dr. Mehta has performed dental implants, bridgework, and cosmetic work for me. I am so pleased with her work. She is very diligent and a perfectionist! I am so happy to have found an honest and compassionate dentist. I highly recommend anyone to give her a try- you will be pleased!

About Front Desk: Amanda is very knowledgeable for insurance and treatment. She is always pleasant and goes out of her way to get the most accurate estimates and help me understand my insurance plan. Jessi is a wonderful addition. She always greets me with a smile. The staff makes me feel like family. I look forward to seeing the dentist!

About Hygienist: Lisha is wonderful. She is calming and has gentle hands. I have found myself falling asleep at times during my cleanings! She is a caring individual and loves to educate. Lisha does a wonderful job showing images from the intraoral camera. I can actually see what they see and understand things better.

Will not listen to customer concerns or complaints...ignores the treatment of patients by staff.

About Front Desk: If you are looking for a dentist...please do not use this office. Unfortunately I learned this too late and after my family had to experience a bad experience with the staff. I ignored what they would say about their visits but I should have listened. The administrative staff at this office will cost Dr. Mehta tons of patients over the years. Customer service does not exist and patient service is just as bad. RUDE!!!!!!! LIARS!!!! UNCARING!!! INCONSIDERATE!!! They cancel appointments and then lie and charge you $75 for appointments you were not aware of...they verbally lie to you to justify their decisions and do not care about keeping you as a patient long term. I rarely write reviews but I decided today that I could not let a day go by without making an effort of preventing someone from having to go through what I went through. I have faith that there are other offices that will treat their patients much better and I urge you to find another dentist office if you are there and if you are looking for a dentist DON'T USE THIS ONE!!!!!

Top notch skill and caring - she's earned my complete confidence. Dr. Rina Mehta and staff provided exceptional care to fix a problem situation, prepare for a bridge and install that bridge. Their work is at very high skill and caring levels. Dr. Mehta and her staff are an exceptional team. She is the finest dentist I've used in my 35 years living in the area.

Made me retake Xrays even though I stated I just had them 2 months ago and had to pay for them already. Hygienist was rude and told me to please not talk? (are you kidding me... I was talking but asking my 3 year old to just sit down near my feet)

I was very scared to come to the dentist. I haven't been in years and I knew I would need alot. Dr. Mehta was so calm and relaxing. She explained everything as she did it and really helped me understand. I would reccomend her anyone ages 3-100!
