Referred to Dr.Gut by my dentist on a few occasions for root canals. He is down to earth, trustworthy, and has a good sense of humor to help relax you. 5 stars in my book and trust me I had my fair share of quacks for dentists in my life time and drive 1 hr to both my dentist and Dr. Gut's offices for the last 10 yrs since I found them.

Dr. Gut really knows his stuff! He is quick and does not perform unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Gut to anyone. I had one root canal by another endodontist and it was an 'OK' but stressful experience. Dr. Gut put me right at ease and explained everything, leaving the final decision in my hands. Awesome man!

I was terrified of having a root canal--I have a great fear of any dental procedure. Dr. Gut made me feel completely comfortable. He was funny and helped me to relax. The procedure was quick and as pain free and comfortable as it's possible for a root canal to be!

Went in for a root canal. The dentist seemed very distracted throughout the entire process. The clamps that they used shot out of my mouth four times and he grabbed a new one over and over. He didn't have a soft touch at all. It was more like a road crew was in there. I had a black and purple bruise that went from below my eye down to my chin. It looked as though someone hit me mutliple times in the face. The bruise lasted for 3 weeks and my face is still slightly bruised. I have had a root canal from a different dentist and it wasn't anything like this barbarian. My gums were shredded and my cheek had swollen to about 1.25 in thick easily. He was busy in two other procedures and it felt like I had a Nascar pit crew in there. He was trying to fly through the procedure with blatent disregard for the patient or my well being. Overall I was very disatisfied with the treatment I received and have already informed my dentist to stop refering people to his office. If you care about yourself then you would do better to find another dentist in Plymouth. I have and I am glad that I did.

I had never had a root canal before and it was handled very well. He was very concerned about whether I felt any pain. I would recommend him.
