My experience at Dr. Omido's office has always been positive. He practices pain-free dentistry and his office is immaculate. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I get right in and out every time. I am amazed at the technology and cleanliness at the office. Every piece of equipment is individually sanitized and wrapped. The equipment is even sanitized and wrapped for our protection. The office is nice and very comfortable. They even have a really cool coffee machine! More importantly though the dental care is impeccable! I feel like their diagnostic equipment is state-of-the-art and I am in good hands! My dental health is better than it has been in a long time. They also do everything that they can to accommodate their patients who have a dental emergency.

About Front Desk: Erin is the best! She is friendly and very knowledgeable. She understands dental questions because she has experience working with the dentist. She also helps with insurance and scheduling. She's very efficient!

About Hygienist: The hygienists are very professional, friendly, and gentle. They are thorough and you leave feeling clean and shiny! They also let you know what they are doing and give you feedback if needed.

My Experience: Crown

Duration: 1 hour then a follow up for permanent crown

Dr.Ormido is the best of the best; he has been my dentist for the longest time; for 9 years, this office is the cleanest and most professional office I have been in. Dr. Ormido gives the best work for a low price. He doesnt try to cheat you, also, he cares out his patients you will become part of the family

About Hygienist: my teeth always feel clean after work, the Hygienist is polite and gentle with my teeth

This office is more for low income families. They deal with a lot of Medicaid and Medicare patients. Not an office we will be going to any more. The office, patient rooms, tools, etc.. are all old(er) in technology. I have not been impressed with this office or the doctor.

About Hygienist: I cannot review the hygienist because I was never treated by her. Dr. Omido only has 1 hygienist that only works a very few (1 or 2 days) a week. Thus, each time I have gone, I have been treated by a dental assistant. Dr. Omido does this to save on cost. Dental Assistants are not paid as much as Dental Hygienists. NOT a good practice.

He is kindhearted and very professional throughout the medical dental procedure. He has an excellent customer service team and dental assistants. The clinic has a very conducive environment for family practician and its patients. They are well established, they never ignore serious patients because of their high overhead costs insurance, but will always help to come up with the payment plan. It is a private owned clinic that maintains its standard and the quality of service.

I have known this man since I was three years old; he is very professional and a genuine kind soul. He is also very helpful in the areas of financial assistance and exibits christian walk and talk
