I was apprehensive about the root canal, but the procedure was done before I knew it. Dr. Nardi explained everything that he was going to do and was very gentle.DrNardi even called me two days after to see if I felt OK and if everything was OK. I had an infection. He wanted to be conservative about my root canal and by the way the infection looked on the x-ray, he only did the one tooth. It's too soon to say everything worked, since it's only been 3 days, but I will definitely use him again.

I was anxious about the root canal. Dr. Nardi was reassuring and helped me to relax by explaining what needed to be done. I couldn't believe I had no pain during the whole procedure. A pinch for numbing was it. Was pleasantly surprised. My first root canal.

About Front Desk: His staff is friendly and professional. They all seem to get along great. They are very welcoming and down to earth.

I came in for a consultation after getting referred to dr.nardi from my general dentist. It was such a great experience from the front all the way to the back. The front office girl, Stafani was bubbly and friendly and let me know so much info about my insurance that I did not know before. The dental assistant, Josette was just as friendly and caring. She was super gentle with taking X-rays, told me what to expect with the root canal. You could tell his staff really had it all together! Once I met the dr. Nardi, I was pleasantly surprised by how at ease he made me feel. The root canal was pain free and fast. I would recommend anyone to come here whenever they are in need of a root canal!

Worst endodontist endodontist I've ever been to and I've had a LOT of dental work. He is unsympathetic, uncaring and rude. He made my infection worse by pushing into my gums with his forceful procedure. Never get a root canal done by someone who's in a rush!! I had to go to a different dentist and have the procedure re-done because i was in so much pain. The new dentist was very skilled and kind and performed a re-treatment. I do not recommend this dentist!!

Is unprofessional and rude, has no personality never says hi makes you feel uncomfortable and did not fix my problem. He could care less. His assistant has an attitude as well. Just not friendly and not a good experience.

About Front Desk: They just laugh and giggle to themselves the whole time.

I do not recommend Dr. John Nardi unless your primary dentist is 100 % positive you require a root canal procedure. I had a situation where I was experiencing a toothache and the primary was not sure what the cause was and referred me to Dr. Nardi for further evaluation. Dr. Nardi determined a root canal procedure was required, the procedure was performed and the pain intensified after the procedure. Revisted Dr. Nardi two weeks after the procedure due to the pain and for the most part Dr. Nardi walked away from the issue and suggested I revisit my primary for a recommendation to another specialist. In the end Dr. Nardi received $ 1,000.00 for a procedure I did not require. An MRI at a later date revealed TMJ was the true pain source. As mentioned before, if there is any question whatsoever if a root canal procedure is required, avoid Dr. Nardi and find a specialist who will perform a thorough evaluation and take TMJ into consideration.

Found out on Dec 16, 2004 that I needed a root canal done on a lower molar. Due to scheduling problems (holiday), I had to schedule my appointment on January 3, 2005. I was nervous and full of anxiety during the two week wait up to the appointment since I had only heard the worst about the root canal procedure. I was chicken and affraid of any pain and discomfort while the root canal was being performed. Well I was wrong. Dr. Nardi and his staff put me at easy during the whole process. And I never once felt any discomfort or pain. I was truly amazed at how simple and painfree the procedure was. Not much drilling was involved. Just a small hole in the tooth. Most of the procedure was cleaning the canals ( 4 of them) out and capping them. I asked Dr Nardi to lay it on me with the novacain (?) and he did as I requested. Although this may be standard proceedure. After all was said and done , I have to say this ended up being a very pleasant trip to the Endodontist and I highly recommend Dr. Nardi's service to those needing a specialist in this area. My only recommendation- hang a tv set from the ceiling in the endo room so patients can watch tv while the process is being done. It may help to take the edge off.
