Dr. Bruchmiller did my root canal this morning. Incredible! I have almost no pain: he was very gentle and thorough. I had a wicked bad gum boil/abscess and he did a wonderful job of releiving the pressure. He is kind and obviously very competent. I highly recommend Dr. Bruchmiller!

Dr. Bruchmiller was calm, patient, and took the time to calm my anxieties. He assured me that he would do everything he could to minimize any pain--and he did! He stayed with me throughout the time it took for the numbing medication to take effect. This root canal was so much better than I thought it would be because of Dr. Bruchmiller's care. I highly recommend him.

WOW. Talk about personal attention! Dr. Bruchmiller works pretty much without the help of an assistant, staying by your side, quietly talking with you as the area to be treated is numbing. He then works his tooth magic efficiently & professionally.
Highly recommended. It will be a great loss to San Antonio when he retires.
