Early April I went for a root canal went well and was pain free. Dr Myers was pleasant and I think he did a nice job on me. It was expensive and I'm waiting for my insurance to reimburse.
About Front Desk: Rude is all I have to say about Nichole. She needs help in dealing with the public and she was mean to the lady working with her. She told me my insurnce company might not pay. What?

I took my son to him because of an irregular root issue. Dr. Meyers and his staff were
absolutely wonderful - kind, willing to answer all questions, patient, and friendly. I
would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Meyers is professional, however I was not pleased with the treatment. He treated me like I was crazy. I went into his office with horrible tooth pain and walked out of his office with pain. Come to find out the tooth was fractured.
About Front Desk: Pat is the most hateful and rudest person that works in that office. Cuts you short and takes your money. Does not file with the insurance company and when you call her she does not have an answer as why it was not done.

Emergency root canal. No real concerns about competence, but office staff very snobbish, and rude. And lied to me that insurance was paying nothing so I had to pay 100% up front before they even billed insurance (which ended up paying about 30% since out of network). All about the $, not patient care.

Dr. Myers took care of my 8 year old son when he broke his tooth. He had the chip fixed by another pediatric dentist but soon had terrible pain and swelling coming from it. We took him to Dr. Myers who has been taking care of his tooth ever since. He's a great doctor with great bedside manner. His office staff even helped us get back $150.00 after one year had passed.

A few months ago I had a difficult root canal done in Dr. Meyers office. The staff was excellent and they worked around my work schedule. Two months ago my husband had to have an emergency root canal. I sent him there as well. The staff was excellent and Dr. Meyers has a wonderful repore with his patients. He has all the state of the art equipment explains the procedure to you as he is doing it and really cares about his patients. You cannot get away from the cost but the staff handled everything for us and we paid our portion through care credit with zero% interest.

I recently had a root canal by Dr. Myers. The whole experience was very satisfying. Everything in the office was to be state-of-the-art. His front desk chief, Pat, was very nice, professional and very helpful. My referring destist was very impressed with the work done by Dr. Myers and I would definitely refer him to anyone.
