This dentist completely dislocated my jaw and my bite with his TMJ and orthodontic treatment. I have had chronic neck, jaw, tooth, and facial pain since his treatment. He is a very poor orthodontist and I would recommend staying away from him.
He is a very poor listener, and lacks intuition with regard to patient needs and orthodontic/jaw comfort. When confronted, he denies any problem, and will not discuss.
Avoid his services of any kind.

He is just wonderful. I'm afraid of the dentist but he make me feel so comfortable I dont even think of what is going on.

One of the few providers of alternative orthodonture in the Twin Cities. The approach, called functonal orthodontics, features removable plastic appliances that encourage growth of the jaw, making room for crowded teeth, reducing the need for extraction of healthy teeth.
A wonderful, caring, gentle person, as well. Truly a dedicated individual, and an artist in his specialty.
The office is not posh, instead it is rather lodge-ish... which, I'm sure, helps him maintain his very reasonable orthodontic fees.
My son's treatment has produced Very Nice results, at a reasonable price, but most importantly, without the extraction of healthy teeth.

The most caring, talented and gifted man I have ever met. I worked for him in the 70's , and have never forgotten his caring perfectionism. I have often wished I stilled lived in his area so my children could benefit from his talents. Joanne Lemke Merrill
