I've never felt at ease or comfortable coming to Dr. Licata, she is rough and not a warm, pleasant doctor to discuss your issues with. She lets you know she's not pleased when you question or not follow her recommendations.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff..... all about money.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are great. Too bad the doctor lacks in bed manners.

After being diagnosed with TMJ by my internist, I recently saw Dr. Licata for help with TMJ-associated pain. At the beginning of the visit, I was anxious about what would happen. By the end of the visit, I felt loved and cared for! It's so nice to have someone who will talk to you about your problem and answer ALL of your questions when you're in pain. I'm so thankful I saw Dr. Licata and her wonderful staff.

About Front Desk: Amanda is really nice and she always knows and calls me by my name when I come in. I love that!

About Hygienist: My hygienist's name is Leslie, and she's the best hygienist in the world. She's fabulous at cleaning teeth, and with my TMJ, she was especially awesome. Leslie was patient and talked to me about strategies to help with my TMJ issues. She also gave me a typewritten list of self-management tips to make TMJ better. For 9 years now, Leslie has made me feel like I have her undivided attention as long as I need it. She even followed up with me to see how I was doing. I really appreciate Ms. Leslie!

The customer service has gone down hill. Dr. Licata has become very snotty and will make you feel bad for taking up her time. She will also talk down to you like you are dumb. She does not have a partner at her practice so there schedule is difficult with no weekends and not open on Wednesdays. if she takes a vacation there is no one else to help you. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Licata, her Hygienist, and receptionist are some of the best professionals I have ever seen. Dr. Licata and her staff made every visit to the office a pleasurable one of which I enjoyed. They made a new denture and partial for me ( the first I've had in 15 years), and took the time through many visits to make sure that there were no problems and that they fit like my original teeth. She took the time to make sure that the new teeth looked as much like my natural teeth as possible, and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with my new teeth and the wonderful service I received from Dr. Licata and her friendly staff, that I recommend everyone I know to go to her office for any dental needs they have. I will continue to recommend them from now on and will never go to any other dentist as long as Dr. Licata and her staff are around to take care of my teeth. Thank you Dr. Licata and staff for the best dental service I have ever received and for making me feel so comfortable coming to your office. YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Licata to anyone who is looking for a great dentist! She is very personable, caring, and so good at what she does. The dental hygienist who cleans my teeth, Leslie Frazier, is wonderful!!! The staff at this dental office is very caring, accommodating, and most of all, makes you feel that the dentist isn' t too bad after all :)

Dr.licata was very nice she made me feel very comfortable. Leslie Frazier her hygienist was the best Ive had in years. She was very good and thorough. made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Licata to anyone any time.

She is one of the nicest professionals I have ever received care from. She always remembers me and my family whenever we are in her office, as well as her hygienests. Overall, great dentist!

She's the best -- so caring, so careful and very thorough. The hygenist(s) are also wonderful. It is a calming and attractive office where you are treated like a friend. I highly recommend.

About Hygienist: Leslie was mine -- she's terrific.
