While it may not be my favorite past time, Dr John Gordon and his staff provide a professional, courteous and dare I say ~ fun dental experience. The purpose of my visit was for an implant of my front tooth. I found myself nearly asleep half way through the procedure which lends to the gentle and kind nature of Dr. Gordon. I researched a number of cosmetic dentists in the Kansas City area and all roads lead to Dr John. I highly recommend this organization.

About Front Desk: One of the best front office staffs in Kansas City. Everyone has a smile, treats you like family and explains things in detail before taking any action.

very poor technique. broken tooth and have to redo by another dentist! Overcharged 3X industry standard. have to pay out of pocket to fix it by another dentist

About Front Desk: What can i say....Have never been this disrespected by a front desk receptionist: Megan. However another staff member Devon has always been polite and professional so at least not every one who works there is unprofessional.

I was truely Blessed by Dr Gordon and his staff. He is truley the best dentist that I have ever been to!

July 25th 2011 changed my life, physically and psychologically! I walked into a very calming, welcoming office, Greeted by a soft spoken women, that called me by name. Steep contrast from “I’ll tell them you’re here, HAVE A SEAT!" Holding back tears of embarrassment, covering my mouth as I spoke I thanked her and took a seat. And so it began, I was escorted to an exam room by Suzy; it took about 15 sec to know I was where I needed to be. Both Dr's had already reviewed my file with compassion and confidence; I was assured that they could repair the damage done to my obviously missing smile. I talked with them through tears. They got it..I was not a weak, whining pt; I am an outgoing, Health Care worker, Public Speaker, Wife, Mom. They promised me that the work at hand would be long, done in steps and I would regain my confidence, and more over my ability to eat normal foods. This meant I had to trust them. Hard to do after what I had been through. Within 8 months my smile was back, no longer hanging my head or covering my mouth to speak. I could not quit smiling, or enjoying fresh veggies. Physically my diet was restored, Psychologically .I smile endlesslyand cannot thank the entire "Gordon Family" enough for changing my life!

My daughter had a botched surgery in St Joseph so we decided to try Dr John Gordon. He has totally transformed her temporaries into a beautiful smile! Can't wait to see the final product. Myself as well as my son are now patients. They keep up to date on the latest technology. Awesome!!!!!

About Hygienist: Gwen is the only hygienist I've been to and she is informative and caring

I used to be scared of going to a dentist but Dr. Gordon is the best at what he does. All the staff at his office are all very nice especially CJ who always takes good care of me when I go in.

Dr J Gordon and his staff have been a part of our family for the past 17 years. We would never consider looking anywhere else to meet our dental needs. The staff is friendly and professional. All procedures are explained to you prior to the service. They will go out of their way to insure you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr P Gordon has been a great addition to the team there. Both doctors are positive and energetic towards their profession. The supporting staff in the office are available to answer insurance questions in person or by phone. Everyone connects to you on a personal level and cares to meet your needs.

About Hygienist: Michelle is caring and truly gives you her undivided attention during your cleaning. She is interested in your over all health and makes you feel relaxed while completing the task.

I went in and met with John Gordon, discussed my treatment and cost with him and when I returned for my treatment, his newly graduated from dental school son Philip walked in to do the procedure. I was and am not happy. No one asked me if this was Ok and the price was still $1300 dollars for one crown. Bait and switch. I thought I was getting one of the best and I got a fresh graduate with little to no experience. I will NOT be back. I am furious and hurt. Dr. John is so smooth and charming- don't fall for it.

The dictionary defines Excellent as an adjective meaning Superior-Very good of it's kind-First Class. These are all the qualities of Dr. John Gordon and all of his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon for many years, in fact I probably was one of his earliest patients when he began his practice. In all this time his service and professionalism has remained constant to this day. I recommend him to everyone that ask me about a good dentist. Dr. John Gordon and his entire staff are the definition of excellent.

About Hygienist: I have seen all of Dr. Gordon's hygienist one time or another, but the one that stands out beyond them all is Jill. Not only does she provide the service but cares to go beyond her duties to help you with your dental issues. Kudos to Jill
