due to a hectic travel schedule with work i kept putting off scheduling a crown. of course while i was having lunch with clients my tooth broke in half. called their office and explained to them i had multiple meetings throughout that day. they told me to come over around noon and they will work me in among their patients. as it turned out they worked through their lunch break to fix my broken tooth. they are the best!

I've been seeing Dr. Spieger for 34 years. He is the best ! I hope we will both be around for 34 more!

I had a tremendously bad experience with a dentist when I was younger & always had alot of anxiety and stress when I would go to a dentist. Dr. Spiegler and his staff did everything to assuage my apprehension and because of their care & concern, I no longer dread going to the dentist. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone and everyone.

Went to Dr. Speigler for 5 years, enjoyed my visits and never had any problems. Great hygienists and wonderful office upgrades. However, when I attempted to confirm a recent appointment, I was told that I owed money from my last visit and was reported to a collections agency. The office manager was incredibly rude and insisted that I was purposefully negligent. Despite having my correct phone number, the address they had on file was incorrect. She stated that it was only their policy to mail out a notice but not to call. I never received any notices, they had no verification that I had received any abut I was reported to a collections agency for $21.00 owed. I left the practice and encourged them to review their policies.

Dr. Spiegler is a very good Dentist, however , his financial office accounting staff could use some lessons in human relations. After my family and I having been patients for at least 20 years and spending thousands of dollars with the practice we were turned over to a collections company when we had some financial problems unexpectantly develop. This was in spite of writing, admitting we were behind in payments, and telling them we would pay an amount monthly until paid in full. They had already been paid the allowed Dental Insurance portion. Then we were turned over to collections company,and the amount was Increased to pay for the cost of sending us to collections. Again, good DDS , but we chose to leave the practice. When we notified collections company and sent them a copy of the letter showing that we had offered to make arrangements, the practice still elected to keep us in collections. This was a Loss of 6 patients for them as my immediate and extended family left the practice. Good Dentist, but appears ability to pay is a chief priority. We all now have a new DDS that secured 6 new patients.

Dr. Spiegler has been my dentist for 30 years. I moved away 12 years ago but still drive the 3 1/2 hours to see him. He is the best dentist! He is a very caring and gentle dentist. I recently had an emergency and could not make the drive so I saw a local dentist and he did not even come close to Dr. Spiegler's gentle touch. I highly recommend the best dentist in Charlotte! The staff are also highly qualified and caring. The newly renovated office is also a must see! Incredible fish aquarium and wonderful kids area.

Wonderful dentist; he truly is the best in the area! He just updated his office and it is magnificent. When I last went in for a cleaning, I was offered headphones with a choice of radio stations (so as not to get bored), cute sunglasses to protect against splatter, and a blanket if I was cold. It was more like flying first class on an airplane than a dental cleaning! I would highly recommend Dr. Spiegler's office! Awesome!
