He wears his gloves between the operatories and the entire office. Does not follow OSHA protocols. The X-rays are poor diagnostic quality. Denial of procedures covered by insurance due to poor diagnostic records. Outdated and not maintained equipment. Aggressive treatment versus conservative treatment.

Had root canal. They sent 900.00 exray. My insurance declined. I ended up owing them 101.00 . I didn't pay . Went too buy house in 2015. payed them 1100.00 . Now they said I didn't pay. I'm about to sell house but got fix this again so I don't pay more money. What idiots. Run away from this clown show.

First time seeing Dr. Sobo and I was really surprised to know I could get a tooth pulled and teeth cleaned without making another appointment to have it done. He pulled a tooth for me and didn't hurt me at all. He explained everything he found wrong and what needed to be done. I'm very thankful to have found this dentist!

About Front Desk: The women at the front desk was very nice and friendly. They kept me informed on how long it would be before I would go back for everything I had done . They were what a staff should be like when you enter a office.

About Hygienist: This was a great Hygienist. She did not hurt me at all. The last time I had my teeth cleaned was sixteen years ago and I thought it would be painful but no it was a very pleasant and she talk a lot to me while she was working away.She was very nice and friendly.

Front looks great. Very nasty in back. Watch him check a patient with used glove. Just nasty

My Front Teeth came out AWESOME!!!!! He was a little late that morning, but the end result was more than worth the wait.

The dentist himself is ok, but I can't take the harassment of his staff. I lost my dental insurance for about 2 months. I called and explained why I had to cancel my appointment. They have no communication between their staff or they just don't care. I was getting at least 2 phone call a day from his office telling me I needed to come get my check up done. At first I was nice and explained to at least 4 different people about my insurance, but the phone calls never stopped. Now I was up to about 3 phone calls a day, every day! I even asked them to take my number out of their system.... still phone calls.... I don't think a bill collector would even call you this much!!! I finally ended up getting really mad and yelled at one of the people that called me, to please stop calling me, I couldn't take all these phone calls anymore, that even when my new insurance went into effect that there was no way I would ever return to this dentist again. To please once again take my number out of their system!. I then proceeded to block their number from my phone.... still got phone calls. I ended up having to block 2 different numbers from my phone and guess what? I no longer hear the phone ring but I still have to go and delete voicemails from my phone once a week. This is crazy, why wont they stop freaking calling me. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone ever!! I'm sure they will delete this post but for the few who do get a chance to read it. Beware!!

I went to the dental office seeking an extraction. I was in severe pain and my primary dentist was closed for the day. i called sobo's office and a lady made me an appointment. i went to the office saw me right away. Dr.Sobo gave me my options root canal or extraction. The staff is great and Dr.Sobo is great. No pain at all. Thanks sobo and staff.
