Never finished root canals ...all about the insurance or money

I had my regular checkup. Been a patient for a couple years. I've never had a problem with procedure or pain, but I only saw the dentist for a total of 2 minutes. This may have been because I could hear him in his office screaming at someone while my teeth were being cleaned. I was with my daughter and we could hear his entire conversation (with profanity). HIs rant went on for about 20 minutes with the f word. Not professional at all.

About Front Desk: They don't smile much, but are ok.

About Hygienist: She was ok. No problems.

I understand the review that said Dr. Glick is busy and his waiting room is always very full. That part is true. But I would not let anyone else touch my family. First of all, he saved my kids life by diagnosing a tumor very early that would have been disfiguring at best and possibly life threatening and that was completely missed by our family physician. I was told at the hospital that this is not the first time that Dr. Glick or his staff have literally saved a life and that alot of the doctors and nurses there are patients.

About Front Desk: Very knowledgeable about insurance (although they ask for co-pays as soon as they are due). They are pleasant but a bit businesslike at times.

About Hygienist: Nice and very thorough and gentle.

I think the procedure I had done qualifies as cosmetic dentistry. He bonded one of my front teeth that had chipped over the weekend. The result looks very nice. You really wouldn't know that I had it done which is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Glick has been my regular dentist for a number of years now as well, and I've been very happy going to him.

About Front Desk: The always bill my insurance company and I never hear anything about it, so that shows me they do their job well.

About Hygienist: This qualifies for all the hygienists I've had at the office. They all do a great job.

Highly caring and capable office. He spends the time to explain everything very carefully and is not very expensive. He has won numerous awards for his clinical ability and all of the work he did for me which was a lot was top notch and pain free. Beautiful

I am a difficult patient and Dr. Glick always puts me at ease immediately. His staff is ell trained and professional and they are always interested in your comfort and safety. I can say enough about this man. I spoke with others once in the waiting room they all seemed to chime in with nice things to say about him and the office from the state of the art facility to his standing in the community where he works and lives. Excellent!

About Front Desk: Also great. They keep you informed an file all of your paperwork for you

very poor in punctuality. uses very poor experience people. add cost that you don't need.

Worst dental experience ever for my family. My husband needed a retreat on a Root Canal and rather than have the specialist do it, Dr. Glick did and it failed requiring an extraction and then an Implant. $3500 later, my husband still have food impaction that never occurred before. When we requested a refund for the work done the office manager was very rude and refused to even let us speak with Dr. Glick saying the work done was within the perimeters of dental procedure. I let her know that I would not only not ever recommend this doctor but I would impress upon people to avoid this office if at all possible. She told me that she would not recommend that I do that because they could sue us. Good luck with that. I have since found a much better dentist, thank goodness.
