He was nice and personable. They were good to my 4 year old who came in for a cleaning to get to know the dentist and start a good relationship w the dental staff early in life so that it wouldn't be a scary thing. Ended up costing us a lot for "fun". See review on front desk.

About Front Desk: Front staff told our family that they took our insurance and that she spoke w a rep from our insurance company. Insurance company pulled tapes, rep did not tell front staff that we were "100% covered for routine cleaning" as Ladonna relayed. Long story short we are stuck w a $600 bill for ROUTINE cleaning bc of her mistake. It is disheartening that she would not own up to her mistake and take responsibility bc they seem to be decent people. It is a huge hardship on our family to pay that large bill for a silly cleaning. We will get through it and pay it, but if I did that to a family, I wouldn't sleep well at night.

Dr. Ashburn has been our family dentist for 10 years. He truly cares about his patients and has always been available for questions. His care of our dental health has been superb! I highly recommend him if you are searching for a dentist.

Very friendly and caring atmostphere, from the receptionist to Dr. Ashburn. Dr. Ashburn takes care of what needs to be done, but doesn't do unnecessary procedures. What procedures we have had done were done professionally and done well... from root canals to crowns, to fillings and pulling teeth. My family and I would highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Ashburn and his staff are very helpful and very nice in setting up payment plans when insurance won't cover very much, as with mouth guards and the like. The doctor is very personable and came highly recommended from a friend. They certainly weren't wrong in recommending him to us! They have very convient hours, and it's very easy to get in when you really need to. He was also helpful in lessening the frequency and severity of my migraine headaches by realizing that I clench my teeth at night and then recommending a mouth guard to help with that problem.
