Dr. Dubberstein has been my dentist for over 25 years. He has always conveyed himself in a knowledgeable, non-judgmental manner. He is relaxed in his manner despite his professional attention to detail. All dentists should be like this one.

The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. The doctor has an attitude. He did not try to communicate with patient. The assistant is very upset all the time. You be uneasy when you need to do some dental work. By looking at the face of the assistant you will become more nervous. The nurses are always in a hurry. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth is very unprofessional. She’s in a rush to wrap the work up and did not complete my work. During the cleaning the tool she’s using got overheated and she had to stop every few minutes and put some water in it. Therefore she’s running out of time and made short shrift. The facilities and equipments in the clinic are very poor and outdated. (You will get to know that when you visit others and make a comparison.) Some of the small tools are even rusty. You will worry about the hygiene issue of this clinic. The tooth I concern most did not get fixed eventually. I did tell them the first visit but the doctor did not look at my record each time. He even cannot tell whether I’ve done the treatment or not. What a professional! Finally he put too much anesthetic on me that each time after the treatment I got a headache. Apparently they did not care about patient and only care about $$$. He ended up fixing the tooth I did not have problem at all but some minor decay. The one I asked for immediate treatment from the beginning did not got fixed. I will never ever go back to this clinic. By paying the same price you will get much better treatment and customer service elsewhere. If you don’t trust me, just pay an initial visit and figure it out.
About Hygienist: The one I had is unprofessional, she did not complete the whole cleaning procedure.

Dr. Dubberstein, has been one of the greatest dentist I've ever been to. My whole family goes to him. They drive from Norman, Edmond and Mustang just for him. I highly recommend him as a dentist to anyone searching a knowledgeable, compasionate, funny dentist.
About Hygienist: Love the Hygienist, one of my favorite services is my teeth cleaning every six months

I recommend Dr. Dubberstein and his office to everyone I know, he is an effecient dental healthcare professional the people who work in his office are great too. At his office you don't have to jump through hoops - there is no evil person you have to go through to get to this magnificent dentist.
Dr. Dubberstein has saved many a tooth for me. He provides a great dental plan to help maintain my dental health. I have had several root canals and crowns (seems like they are my permanant teeth) the pain is minimal during the procedures; afterwards, who even remembers any discomfort?!?!?.
Verna-Ofc/Receptionist, is very qualified and able to tell me my cost and that of the insurance company each time. The assistants and hygienists are skilled professionals also.

He is very friendly and accomodating. His staff is good because they always call the week before and the day before to remind you of your appointment.

I love going to him. He's very knowledgable, professional, and funny - which always helps. It's a no-frills place, but the cost is reasonable and they're very thorough. Short wait time, in and out, and great service.

Dr. Dubberstein is very friendly as is his staff.
He doesn't spend a lot of money on advertising or an extremely fancy office which means he doesn't have to charge a huge amount to cover his costs.
