I have to say that I have been apprehensive of the dentist all my life starting at age 7 with 21 cavaties. I went to Dr. Kennedy this year with the need for a root canal, crown and 2 fillings as I could not hold off any longer having an absess for a year. I was so shocked to experience a totally pain-free procedure -- Dr. Kennedy and his expert staff made me feel totally at ease, kept me informed of what they were doing and why -- all the time checking in with me to see how I was doing. I have never felt so safe and comfortable in a dentist chair in all my life!! My teeth are now the healthiest and whitest they have ever been -- words cannot express how strongly I feel about recommending them especially to folks like me who have a phobia of the dentist. I am actually looking forward to my dental cleaning this January and hope others will try them out as they are affordable and work with insurance companies to get you the coverage needed. Thank you Kennedy Dental Associates!

Overall a good dentist. Dr. Kennedy does good work when he is left alone to perform it. The staff seems a little chaotic at times.
Recommended for advanced dental work-implants, root canals etc etc. Avoid at all cost for routine dental work. Certainly a well equipped dental facility.
About Hygienist: The hygienists are the most ADD inflicted we've seen at a dentist office. After our last routine cleaning (s) we'll be searching for a new dentist. I've had multiple cleanings at this office and frankly I'm not there to listen to the hygienist's life-over-and-over.

Dr. Kennedy has a very complete, logical, clear, and thorough way of talking about very technical things. He's done a lot of work in my poor mouth and I've never felt more confident. He has made a plan for my mouth so that I feel like I am always making improvements or heading off trouble. The staff in his office is very welcoming and friendly. They must like working there because they always seem quite happy.

Overall, he's a great dentist. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming and I've felt very comfortable there. They provide a headset during dental work (I'm sensitive to the drilling sound), blankets (it's cold in dental offices!), sunglasses (for the glare from the overhead examination light) and lip balm during and after the procedure. They have cutting-edge equipment and all files are kept on computer. I only have two unsatisfactory comments. 1) The dental assistant who sat chair-side during my major procedures seemed flustered and discombobulated every time. At first I thought she was new, but after a while it just felt like she was a flake.
2) Lombard Dental is not covered under my insurance plan and so now I'm having to switch dentists. But, perhaps that's more of a reflection on my insurance plan than on my dentist.
