They were very gentle, answered all questions about the procedure and what the cost would be. I did not feel anything when it came to the filling or the injection.
About Front Desk: Very nice and accommodating. They appreciate your business.Dr. Biehl is professional, jovial and a very warm individual. The office staff are very sweet and patient. I would recommend this office to any one in the Fort Mill area.

Dr. Beihl is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He explains each step of the process, out loud, and double checks his work. At one point in the process he was not satisfied with the way the tooth looked. Although I assured him it was ok because no one would ever see it, he said, "I'll know it's not perfect, and that will keep me up at night. I'm going to take it out and polish it. This will only take a minute." Wow! What a perfectionist. We all need a dentist who will stay up at night concerned that his service wasn't good enough although the patient was satisfied and would have never known the difference.
About Hygienist: The staff members are very friendly and make you feel like family. They don't keep you waiting unnecessarily. The hygienist did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and was concerned with my comfort level throughout the process.
