I fractured my tooth and my Regular dentist was out of town. Dr Dugards office fit me right in. The office staff was wonderful and Dr Dugard did an amazing job and saved my tooth. I would highly recommend this practice

Really an excellent dentist and great individual. Can't say enough good things about him and his staff. They are so nice and very informed. By all means if you need a dentist please call them. Also if you just want to change dentist like me....the best thing I did was going to Dr. Dugard...tell him Barbara refered you!

About Front Desk: Judith is the best! So nice and on top of it all. Just a nice lady to talk to and she keeps things going for sure.

About Hygienist: a 5 absolutely ... the best dental cleaning I have had.

I have received a crown, an in-lay, cleaning and root-canal therapy. I'm 68 years old and Dr. is the best dentist I have ever had in all my years. I have received a lot of treatment through the years and have all my natural teeth (except wisdom teeth). I have complete trust and confidence in this dentist!

I live almost an hour from this office but a good friend of mine told me about him cause my tooth has cracked. His staff is amazing and very friendly. Dr. Dugard was very kind and helpful. Not only did he tell me my problem, he also draws it out for me so I can clearly understand. I will be going back to see him even if he is an hour away from me.

Dr. Dugard has been my family's dentist for years. He has been seeing my kids since they were little and even though they are grown now, they still go to Dr. Dugard. He treats you like you are family. I know that he truly cares about me and my family. One time my husband had a toothache over a weekend, I called Dr. Dugard at home and he came right in to see my husband. I know we can always count on him to take care of us. I am a big baby when it comes to shots, and not one time have I ever experienced any pain. I love the staff too, they are always so friendly and seem genuinely glad to see me when I go for an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Dugard's office to my family and friends.

About Front Desk: I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment. When I call they are very accommodating and super friendly. They file my insurance for me and I never have to do a thing!

About Hygienist: I have seen both of Dr. Dugard's hygienist, and I absolutely love them. Kayla and Tiffany both are gentle yet through. My teeth feel so good after I have seen them.

My tooth had crack and 1/4 of my tooth and fallen off, referred to Dr. Duguard. He was personalble but his techniques and was very brutal in getting a crown put on. I am tolerate of shots and take more than usual and it took him forever to get my tooth numb. The second visit to get the crown on was the worst, he made the crown to wide and swtuck out on either side and was not in alignment with my other teeth. The thing I don't like at a dentist office is the drill and since he makes his own crowns he was drilling on the crown to get it down to the almost the size it should have been. He dropped my crown on the floor, this was the WORST dentist appointment I have had in all my life. Even worst than when a dentist drilled my tooth when the deadening had worn off. WIll not go back!

As a dentist Dr. Duggard does acceptable work. His assistants are efficient as well. The catch is his billing department. Despite the fact that all my services were supposed to be covered by insurance I was still billed amounts in the hundreds. You are better off finding a dentist that is honest about fees up front.
