I began seeing Dr. Welch many years ago, and I have always received excellent care in a professional and friendly manner. The office is conveniently located, and they are always willing to work with your schedule, especially in an emergency. They now see my children as well, and always make them feel welcome and comfortable.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I have been going to Dr Welch since I was around 12 years old. This is the dentist my mom took me to so I never really had a say so. As I got older (now 25) I have had horrible service from the people at his office. For about 3 years now I have been complaining to my friends and family about the some of his team and how unfriendly they are. After 6 months, when it is time for my next appointment, I would make up an excuse like maybe they had a bad day and this time would be different. It wasn't any different. After my experience this month, I will not be going back. I am fed up with how they treat the patients and how rude they are. I do not understand why a front desk person is working at a front desk dealing with people (Rhonda) when she is not people friendly. I did not want to write my opinion on this office team based on one experience but this is 6 experiences over 3 years. What THEY need to know: When you have a patient ask you questions it is because they do not know the answer. To make them feel stupid is not needed. You should be welcoming to any concerns your patientes have! That is part of customer service. IT IS YOUR JOB to inform your patients on anything they need to know.

About Hygienist: They ladies that clean my teeth are usually nice. I wish I knew their names so they could get kudos for being nice. It is mainly the front desk people (excpet Leanne) that are extremly cold and unwelcoming. Dr. Welch (the dad) is not the most friendly person but I could deal with that. I think his son is prob nice. I just never get his son (aka. Dr welch) Like I said though, after my latest experience I will NOT be going back to their office.. I will not give good referance about them either. Hope they read this and deal with the rude people in their office. Best of luck to them and other patients!
