I went in for a root canal treatment because my molar was hurting really bad. No other dentist wanted to take me in but Dr. Blizzard! he made the experience absolutely painless. The girls that work with him are really nice and easy to talk to! Unlike other places where they try to hard to be professional that are rather stinky faced. Definitely going back!

Dr. Blizzard is an absolutely terrible dentist. He installed a crown incorrectly and after only a couple of years, it broke off with part of my tooth. I was in extreme pain, and at first his office wouldn't return my calls or set up an emergency appointment. I ended up waiting in his office for a couple of hours until he finally saw me. Because the tooth was infected, I had to get a root canal, which he broke up over three visits and never finished (I finally changed insurance, so I'm seeing another dentist about it now). I was a patient for years, and during that time I endured not only long office waits (sometimes up to 45 minutes or an hour after my appointment was supposed to start), but constant cancellations. Towards the last couple of years I saw him (2010-2012), at least a third of my appointments were cancelled for various reasons. He rushed through cleanings and was abrasive and dismissive of my concerns. He didn't seem interested in my dental health, and he was rude to both patients and his employees--he treated everyone around him like an idiot, and often took the opportunity while he had his hands in my mouth to spout political rhetoric. Overall, he is the dentist of nightmares.

About Front Desk: The receptionist is very unprofessional. She never returned calls and most of the time, she never even answered the phone. When my tooth broke, I ended up seeing a dentist who is a friend of my father-in-law just so I could get the crown removed and some advice on what to do. When I told her about it, she implied that I should not have done that because Dr. Blizzard would take offense, and advised me to lie to him about it because it would upset him.

I am a professional with 2 degrees, a masters degree and working on my PHD. Dr. Blizzard was the absolute WORST experience I have encountered in 32 years of going to a dentist. I took my daughter to him for the first time and Dr. Blizzard was incredibly rude and negatively "scolded" me in front of my 4 year old daughter and his assistant when I attempted to explain what happened with her emergency dental situation. Dr. Blizzard was the most unprofessional doctor I have EVER encountered in my life. I was planning on making him our family dentist, but informed the receptionist that I would not be returning.

About Hygienist: The receptionist was very nice. The hygienist was VERY nice and she appeared shocked and embarrassed by the way Dr. Blizzard spoke to me. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for this man.

took my 10 yr old for dental work and cleaning was very patient and explained procedure before hand

Office seems less professional than some. Had problems with a filling but it was on very badly broken tooth. He did a crown on one of my Wfes teeth and although she said it felt strange for a while, another dentist said he had done a good job on it. He is personable and in general, I think a good dentist -- just too far away for us. He does take discount Ins. Plans and doesn't seem out to scalp people like seems so common in dentistry.
