I LOVE DR> DON!
He called me back at 7;40 a.m. Got me right in to office. Extracted tooth with consideration for my hyper-sensitivities and allergy to Novacaine. He used carbocaine and extractd tooth with exceptional professionality!

Great dentist. This man is a fast worker - I don't take novocaine when I get fillings, and he can do a filling in under 6 min. I've always felt like he is clear about his procedures, and I love my hygeenist (Gloria) at his office, too.
About Hygienist: Gloria gets high marks from me. She calms me down, she's interesting to chat with, and thorough.

I liked his politeness, very accurate job, very good new technology for x-ray, new technology to bleach my front brown tooth. I'm still in process to get new beautiful smile, and I'm glad I found good dentist.
I really liked stuff in dr Don office. They are very welcoming, polite and professional. And best thing I didn't wait for my dr. for 50 min, like it used to be in Gentle Dentle office.

I got referral for my girl-friend, and I really liked everything. Customer service is good starting my very first call. I liked very fast x-ray, full mouth exam. Dr. Norman, is polite, competent, explains his each step. I liked I can bleach my brown tooth after 6 years suffering after root canal job. Compare to my other general dentist who wanted to put a crown right away, never given me other suggestions. I'm still in process to perfect smile, but I am going transfer my records, and my husband's records to Dr. Norman office.
About Hygienist: I liked all stuff in the office. They are polite, do not waist your time.

The best of the best in Tucson. Outstanding at explaining all procedures. Always available in an emergency. Has never caused me any undo pain. The staff is great.

I had wisdom teeth pulled, was i little scared and was hoping to be but under, but after 10 or so shots i was fine. Dr. Don is the best dentist around. He also got me in last min with no problems, sorry bout that. over all 9 out of 10.
