Dr. Grossman is an outstanding dentist. He treats all his patients with kindness and thoroughness. He is concerned about the patient's complete physical health as well as his or her dental and oral health. He is the most thorough dentist I have ever had, and explains exactly what he is doing both before and during the procedure. In addition, he is constantly going to continuing education courses and reading literature to keep up to the minute with dental procedures and oral health. His office staff is outstanding. I recently had an emergency and was seen within about 90 minutes after calling, and, when he determined that I needed to see an endodontist, his staff was able to get me an appointment for the same day. I recommend Dr. Grossman to all of my friends. While no one wants to go to the dentist, it is almost a pleasure to see him.

After 4 years of expensive but good servie, Dr. Grossman's office left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, excuse the pun. I was late to an appointment and called ahead to see if I could still be fit in, which they said would be fine. Once I arrived, they explained they had let the next person go ahead of me. This was perfectly acceptible, I was the one who was late. I went in a had X-Rays taken. After that I sat for 30 minutes with a napkin around my neck in the cleaning chair waiting for Dr. Grossman. The receptionist came in and informed me that we were going to have to reschedule. I was quite disappointed and couldn't afford another 2 hour lunch break. On more than two occasions, I waited in excess of 30 minutes for my appointment. I found it odd that the one time I was late, I was not only rescheduled, but waited in the cleaning chair and paid for Xrays before being told I would have to reschedule. Next available appointment was a month and a half out.
Dr. Grossman does good dental work, however, customer service was poor enough on one occasion that I found a new dentist.

I am a new patient and will be returning for further work. My dental insurance limit has been reached already, so I am hoping that Dr. Grossman is flexable enough for me to continue treatment with him.
As a person who is extremley terrified of any kind of dental procedure, I can honestly tell you I felt at ease with Dr. Grossman. His kindeness and gentle handeling of my problem left me with nothing but good feelings.
