My first visit with Dr Munoz was to continue repair work that had been delayed and was LONG over due. My teeth are very crowded and in bad shape. Dr Munoz was awesome. She is very caring, kind and knows her profession well. She has a very positive energy about her that puts you at ease. I have almost never been to a dentist where I didn't experience some pain for a day or two. I had absolutely no after care pain with her. The interactions between the staff was very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr Munoz to anyone needing dental work.

About Front Desk: I think the woman at the front desk was Gloria. She was very nice, very helpful. She took care of everything with such a wonderful attitude

If you want someone who is trustworthy, dependable, does qualify work, and is affordable then STAY AWAY from this dentist! I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She spends more time talking than doing quality work and then charges too much. Her front office staff treats you like your a nuisance instead of a valued patient. Anyone would be better than this this dentist.

There is something very wrong with this dentist. There was a misunderstanding between her and I. She refused to do any procedure and sent me on my way and told me not to come back, after driving a round trip of 50 miles. She has a mean demeanor, she's clueless and has a very mean office staff. I believe she got her DDS degree in Mexico, which is a third World country, because it sure shows in her behavior. Use at your own risk. Save your time, money and possibly your health and see a different dentist

I've only had one gold crown replaced by Dr. Munoz and she was efficient but rough. Pricing was normal.

About Front Desk: Very friendly but appointment dates seemed to get messed up for both me and my husband more than once.

About Hygienist: Both my husband and I had been getting cleanings every 6 months for years and thought he did a good job until a failure on a dental implant occurred. That wound up being the least of our problems...major decay going on under my husbands crown work done by another dentist and according to two different dentists afterwards this had been going on undetected for a long time, causing us thousands of dollars because they were beyond saving.

Dr. Munoz and her staff are just fabulous. My daughters and I have been seeing her for years! She is gentle, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Her staff is very helpful with insurance claims. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with children.

The most what i like it is the attention and care what the dr.munoz has with us,all my family visist dr.munoz in dental needs. we really appreciate her attencion to us!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son absolutely loves Dr. Munoz and will not go anywhere else. We live on the NW side of Tucson and drive all the way to the East Side to see her. She is wonderful. Her staff is ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone. It is a great experience.

Dr Munoz is a wonderful dentist!!! She's my childrens dentist, and she takes GREAT care of them! She's very gentle! It's a very relaxing environment there,and my boys have no problems with going to see her. I reccomend her to anyone!!!
