He is awesome. Very gentle and very through. My daughter had a very bad experience at one of the Chain dentists in town when she was 4 , and he made her feel right at home and very comfortable. She loves to go to the dentist now!

About Front Desk: Very friendly and upbeat. They seem to really enjoy their job!

About Hygienist: They are all great and go gentle and caring

Hygiene time: 30

I have been going to Dr. Romero for 3 years now. He has done 2 root canals for me. I have a hard time with any dental work and the staff is always patient and understanding. I also go on my lunch breaks so they get me in and out. I love this dentist office. Everyone knows my name and always asks how I have been and gets me in right away when I have an issue. In the past I had a rootcanal that had to be re-done and I lost a tooth. Not this time, the 2 have held up! I would recommend this place to anyone :)

About Hygienist: The Hygienist was very detailed and sweet. She gave me some tips about how soda stains my teeth and did some extra cleaning underneath for me.

My mom started going to Dr Romero 1st. Now, my son and I both go there and he is GREAT! His staff is so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go to another dentist!

I have seen Dr. Romero twice. In both visits the hygienist was great and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Romero however did not leave as good an impression. He is very nice, and did an adequate (though not great) job checking my mouth the first visit. However, during the second visit (6 months later) he spent at most 45 seconds looking at my teeth. I would not expect an extensive checkup during a mid-year (primarily cleaning) visit, but cannot help but feel that because I was his last patient of the day he rushed the exam. This feeling was supported by the fact that I found a cavity in my mouth less than a month later. During my first visit to Dr. Romero, there was a problem with the x-ray machine and the x-rays of my teeth were not useful (they took two sets and neither were good). When leaving I was amazed by the fact that the decided to go ahead and charge my insurance for the x-rays even though they were useless. Since my insurance is a prepay dental insurance, this meant that I was not eligible for new x-rays for an entire year. I expected him to attempt to redo the x-rays for free during the second visit, but no such offer was made. After two visits my wife and I are l going to look for a new dentist

About Hygienist: During both visits the Hygienist was great ... she spent at least 30 minutes cleaning my teeth and I was quite pleased with the results.

Dr. Romero needs to update his practice and start doing more modern procedures. He still uses silver fillings when many drs use white, aside from the cosmetic stand point, they are healthier. Silver fillings begin to eat away at the tooth and has traces of mercury. I needed a root canal that Dr. romero did in his office himself and i have had nothing put promblems with it since day one, he has had to replace the crown twice (because they were never fitted properly) I have had to get an apicoectomy. I have several fillings of his that have gone bad. A got a cleaning and had no cavities...only 2 months later when to a different dentist and they found two that had been there for some time. Now I do have bad teeth, but I blame all the re-occuring issues on Dr. Romero!!!!!!! he is a very nive man and the staff is always very friendly, but the overall dentistry is awful!!!!

Dr. Romero is personable and professional. My wife and Iike him enough to recommend him to friends. He doesn't have an overly fancy office but his staff seems extremely competent. He was also very honest with me in giving me choices about upcoming treatment I needed.
