His manger Veronica became very aggressive, intimidated me into making filling appointment when I said I had bills and wanted to wait until next year. Told me she was in charge of raising prices and might raise them on me. I called and told Sharbo and he said he doesnt' believe me. I've given this man thousands of dollars and his work is mediocre. He made my caps in front short when I asked them to be long. One is longer than the other too. I don't appreciate all the verbal abuse when I don't owe these people a dime. She acts like a bill collector but I have no bill.

About Front Desk: Horrible. Veronica has no customer service skills. She uses intimidation and harassment to make sure you fulfill Sharbos agenda to make appointments and make money. I told her I had other bills and needed to wait until next year. She said she would raise the prices on me maybe. I told him her behavior and he basically called me a liar. Said he didn't believe me. I have always paid in full and have given this man thousands of dollars. He is not nice.

About Hygienist: Maggie is pretty good but she also nagged me about using my dental insurance for the year. Really is a hygienist supposed to nag you about using your $2500 in dental insurance. That's what she said. You have $2500 for dental this year and you aren't using it. Is she the appropiate person to tell me this or is Sharbo telling them all to nag me.

See comment below for front desk staff review. I feel my mother, 83 yrs old, was taken financial advantage of at the office of Paul Sharbo.

About Front Desk: My mother has been a patient of Dr Sharbo for the past 5 yrs. She is 83 yrs old. She rec'd a bill from Sharbo for full cost of her procedure. I called the office to tell them my mom has dental insurance. Veronica said they don't take her insurance. She never once asked in 5 yrs if my mom had dental insur. Veronica said it is not her responsibility to ask if patients have dental insurance. Who's responsibility is it then?? My mom is on a fixed income and has been paying Sharbo full cost; not knowing she was not covered. This is senior abuse. Now looking for another dentist who honors my moms dental insurance. Shame on you!

I agree with previous reviewer the lady managing the schedule and office Vanessa is rude and overbearing. We love Dr. Sharbo and his dental hygienists but Vanessa has been so obnoxious to deal with we are ready to move on.

Dr Sharbo is a good dentist that has rude schedulers. I have left his care because of her. This is a post from my experience starting in may of 2013 continuing to July of 2013

About Front Desk: I have been a patient of dr Sharbo for 5 years, I am sad to say that because of his receptionist / scheduler I have changed dentists. She is frankly quite rude.

Dr. Sharbo is the best dentist I have ever met. I have never been treated more fairly in any dental office. I highly reccomend Dr. Sharbo to oher patients

I have been going to this dental office since the 70s. Every dentist has been excellent in how they handle me as a patient and the end result has always been good. Dr. Sharbo fitts nicely into this nitch, now as my first two have retired - tells you I'm old.

About Hygienist: Maggie is far and away the best hygienist I have ver had. Thorough, always asking if okay, and a beautiful young lady to boot. Very satisfied
