If you want it done right the first time - go see Dr. Jason. You won't get better service or results anywhere else! He and his team provide exemplary service and care!

Dr. Jason Lewis has the most advanced training that I could find in the Salt Lake Area. He is a perfectionist and an artist. He truly cares about his guests. I am so happy that I did my research and chose the best and most talented dentist. I heard great things about him and his office - I made the right choice.

About Front Desk: His team his so helpful, kind and kept me well informed. They worked with my busy schedule and treated me like family. I never had to wait for my appointment. They greater me by name and with a smile and took me right back.

About Hygienist: Monica was very thorough and does a great job. My previous office never even checked properly to see if I had gum disease.

I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment with this money hungry provider due to the positive Google reviews I read while searching for information on this practice. Later, I find out that they control the posting process, and send a link to each patient they believe will leave a glowing review to their google page. If you select dissatisfied, you are directed to leave a message with the practice and are blocked from reviewing. DON'T believe the HYPE!! I went in for a simple exam and cleaning. Was BILLED $1300!!!! and I have INSURANCE! The entire experience is a hard sell and high-pressure environment. Very uncomfortable. The hygientists work on commission, so lead you to believe your teeth are about to fall out and are in need of a $1000, yes $1000 cleaning! You are unaware of the obscene charges until after you've had the procedure performed. They do not complete all services you are charged for in advance, forcing you to re-schedule. They suggest a treatment plan and pressure you into paying in full. WTF?!? BEWARE!! **If only I'd know Dentisty was this lucrative, I would've rethought my career path!!**

Very dishonest practice, will have to take him to court to protect future patients

we love dr. lewis! we've had great experiences in the past with other dentists but jason r. lewis is on another level! the customer service is absolutely amazing and the quality of his work is fantastic! one of my teeth was really bothering me and i assumed i'd need a root canal - dr. lewis discovered it was a simple bite adjustment! he saved me over $1000! dr. lewis replaced several old fillings and after seeing how great my teeth looked, i decided it was time to improve my smile. as an adult i didn't want braces so dr. lewis began a new appliance system that i only have to use at night! i love it! dr. jason lewis is by far the best cosmetic dentist in utah!

I was very pleased with all aspects of this practice. I recently moved and miss the care and professionalism of Dr. Lewis and his staff. You cannot go wrong selecting this practice for your family.
